Mattress Firm Amarillo — Hotel in Amarillo

I’m not one for leaving reviews, but this was very disappointing. I was recommended here by most of my friends and family and once I arrived, the selection was great, but the customer service is not so much, came in at around 5:45 to one customer in the building, there’s two employees. The other customer left and I was briefly shown a POS machine and a couple of mattresses and frames, then proceeded to walk around the store alone with no help and had to find an employee for each question I had, it did not feel like I was being attended to at all more or less like i was walking around Walmart, It was very disappointing to be accepted for financing and then ignored at the front counter while an employee took a phone call in the back and the others scrambled to help someone who had walked in, all in all I am very disappointed in this experience and hope to have a better one in the future i wouldn’t recommend end of day...

Terrible customer service. No managers on site or any you can talk to. Just whoever is working the floor that day. We bought a lift bed a month ago for my elderly mother and needed the mattress delivered by her surgery date. They delivered the wrong mattress last Friday and now we have to wait another week because their delivery dates are only on Mondays and Fridays. They should have made it right and delivered it today! Or, make it a priority since they messed up. Not one apology or attempt to make it right. Rude and unprofessional. It shouldn't take 5 weeks to get a bed, but we didn't mind and agreed as long as she got it by the time she got home from the hospital. Now, I have to find a mattress asap for my 75 year old mother to sleep on while we wait because of someone else's mistake. This company should care more and try a little harder to fix their...

First off, no pressure sales. Orion heard us when we said we were in the market, but we were shopping. He asked questions to determine how to narrow down what might suit us best. He focused on our comfort, not in the price. He didn’t try to upsell everything. Explained the features of the mattresses we were interested in and let us decide what would work best for you. Gave quotes for different options and we left without making a purchase. Decided to go back the next day, but Orion wasn’t there. No worries.
