My husband and I travel all over and we really enjoy visiting Twin Peaks. Honestly I hate giving bad reviews because I worked in the industry recently. I could of ran circles around these girls that were half my age. I've never seen someone walk so slow and care less. We sat at the bar and finally Zada asked what we would like to drink. Getting our drinks took forever. Didn't have a bud light bottle behind the bar? We had to ask for a menu. We had to ask to put in our order. We had to get our own silverware out of the basket in front of us. I had to ask to get a second beer and my husband waited forever and Kelli finally asked if he needed another wine, I think she could tell we were frustrated with Zada so she stepped up. I believe there was a manager or someone with the keys to get the bottle of wine that was needed for the second glass. He was wearing a red had sitting on the customers side of the bar and kept Zada and others distracted most of the time with idle chit chat. I watched so many others neglected. Yes these girls are cute and maybe they get paid so much for that, that they could care less about customers. Sad, my work ethic would never allow it. I loved my customers. The lack of training or management or whatever is awful here. Not that I'll probably be through here again but I would not recommend this location at all. At least Kellibelli tried. A few weeks ago my best friend and I went there to try for the first time. We went a little late, 9:30-11pm. We got sat down and both of us ordered Long Island Ices Teas, we weren't ID either. We got our drinks, but no menus, we sat for almost 30 minutes while our server continually went back in and forth between the two tables on the side of us. One of these tables was a big group of guys, so our server spent most of her time over there. Finally, she came to talk to us to ask if everything was okay, we were both beyond irritated at this point, we told her we were waiting for menus for over 40 minutes, and she proceeded to tell us that she was just with us 10 minutes ago. We ordered appetizers and food, I got my stuff my friend got her food, but not silverware or her appetizer. When we informed our server she admitted to forgetting about it, and how that was on her. Now maybe this is just me, but I thought that because the server admitted that she forgot my friends appetizer that they just wouldn't charge my friend, but they still did. The waitress insulted me immediately when I asked where the sauces were on the menu by grabbing my phone with the menu and telling me I was âfinnaâ (think she was trying to say âfixing toâ) feel stupid once she showed me. The sauces are hidden in a little bubble on the menu. Not the easiest to navigate and never were offered paper menus. Then when I said oh okay thatâs silly she proceeded to say âItâs just technology!â Treating me like I was a dumb old person when I am in my 30s. When I expressed my displeasure with her making fun of me in the first few seconds of our interaction, she stormed away and a âsecurity guardâ came to our table. I was hopeful it was a manager but alas no. He approached me and said âWhat is YOUR problem?!â I said âMy problem? What is your wait staffâs problem as she was being rude to me.â He told me âIâm going to tell you what I told her, yall get along or one of you has to go!
