Easily viewed by traffic, great cozy stripmall Anchored by 99 Ranch Asian International Market. Everything from fresh fish Market, food court, bakery, dairy, produce, excellent wine selection, orchids, food lock bamboo plants for gift and home. They also have essential home electronics, cookware, plastics,cutlery, pots. Everything a new student, newlyweds, or just single or family homes. One stop shop. I love the varieties of convenience foods, like instant cereals that are plant based, organic, gmo free. Instant teas and coffees, Kopiko is excellent for afternoon pick me up. Staffers, cashiers are friendly and helpful. There is a service desk at front of store. Restrooms may be available, but I'm always out in a hurry and haven't used it the past 10 yrs. But ask. Carts are available at entrance. Parking is free with easy access. Handicapped friendly. Ramp available st main entrance. There are two. Airconditioned, comfortable, but if your always chilly, light jacket or sweater advised. Don't forget ready dinners available in refrigerated area near food court. Choice sushi plates ready made, dim sum, various side dishes, too numerous to mention. Please don't be intimidated if you are not familiar with Asian Markets , vendors, employees are available to help. I'm hungry now, after typing this. Happy New Year....

IF THERE WAS A ZERO RATING, I WOULD RATE THIS STORE ....THE WORKERS ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL & FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!THEY CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD 2 TIMES FOR ONLY $7.77 ON 9/24/2015....I CALLED & SPOKE WITH THE MGR. AND SAID TO BRING IN MY BANK STATEMENT SHOWING A DEBIT PAID ON THIS TRANSACTION, WHICH I DID. I DON'T LIVE IN OC, I ONLY VISIT MY MOM THAT LIVES IN GARDEN GROVE ONCE A WEEK. THEY TOOK ALL MY INFO. THE AMOUNT OF THE DOUBLE CHARGED TRANSACTION, MY NAME, ETC..ETC....I CALLED AFTER 2 WEEKS AND ASK WHAT IS THE UPDATE ON MY REFUND/CREDIT TOWARDS MY ACCT. FOR $7.77? I SPOKE WITH THE MGR. AND SAID, IN THEIR RECORD, I WAS ONLY CHARGED ONCE, BUT, IN MY BANK STATEMENT, THAT I SHOWED, IT CLEARLY CHARGED ME $7.77 TWICE. IT'S ONLY $7.77!!! ???? I CAN EASILY SAY...NEVERMIND, IT'S ONLY $7.77, BUT, THE FACT IS, IF I DON'T INSIST OR FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THIS DOUBLE CHARGED ON MY BANK ACCT, THEY CAN KEEP DOING THIS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS....I THINK THIS IS REDICOLOUSLY BS. I WOULD BAN THIS STORE...THEY'RE NOT VERY HELPFUL AND THEY STEAL...

Do NOT come here, they'll scam you! Worst cashier experience ever! If you buy a large vegetable they'll put it in a basket then weigh it on the scale. My mom asked if the weight will affect the price and the cashier woman immediate brushed her off by saying the machine automatically does it with a scowl AND SCOFFED. When my mom checked the receipt, there wasnt any minus signs so it wasn't taken off! She went back to tell the cashier that it wasn't taken off (cause vegetables here are priced per pound and the cashier used the large basket to weigh!) The cashier brushed her off again and told her to talk to someone else angrily. So my mom did and the other person went to another cash register AND YEA THE WEIGHT WAS OFF and we were reimbursed. The guy who reimbursed, looked at my mom, and went "Hiyahhh" in an angry tone when he realized THE CASHIER messed up the weight. Like, were they mad they got caught trying to scam us?? NEVER...
