Welcome to the wonderful world of the Jackson Apartments. Were you can experience all of the noisy neighbors and lack of parking you’d expect from life in the big city in a small sub-urban setting. With an on-site laundry facility that is either full or shut down because the water is off (like it is every other week) or you’ll get a dryer with all of the power of a lukewarm breeze and be forced to pay for another run. If you love paper thin walls and ceilings, paired with noisy uncontrollable neighbors and you’ve got yourself a never ending stomp-the-yard music festival right above you! Oh and the leasing office is great! Great at ignoring emails and not dealing with tenant’s issues or complaints. What you can expect is a nice friendly attitude when spoken to, and meanwhile they will be making fun of you in the office. This facility has a strict no smoking policy, so if you want to harass your neighbors just say that they are smoking weed and the office will not investigate, but they will print out a very personal and threatening letter telling them that it is not allowed like my wife and I got. ( we are both routinely drug tested by the Army). Working from home has never been so fun! If you liked the stomp-the-yard music festivals when you get home from work you are going to love our 0800-2200 non-stop music and dance sessions all conveniently located 7 feet above you!!! Need to make work calls ? Too bad this party doesn’t stop for anyone. Want to complain they’ll turn it up so they can’t hear you! Getting complaints from your boss about background noise ? Talk to the leasing office and have them “ go check it out “ and not leave the office. If all this sounds like a wonderful community then come on in. Our apartment will be open soon so you can experience all the Jackson has to offer!

I have been living here for almost a year and a half and this is a great place to live . I have never lived in a nicer place like the Jackson Apartments.Great gardening, landscapers take great care of the garden and the grass property. I’ve never seen greener grass in my life. The apartments are very updated and well taken care of. It’s pet friendly, neighbors are very friendly and respectful. The maintenance people “Jen” & “Sergio” are hard working and nice ready to help us if anything needs to be fixed. The ladies inside the office are professional and responsive when we have any questions about anything; they are ready and available to assist us. Not ever one time has a complain or a concern been unheard or managed .During this time of the covid-19 , they have been more than gracious and generous with no one working . They have been helpful with rent and working something out . But I have never had a nicer experience anywhere I’ve lived before . So if your thinking about moving here please check it out for yourself and come to the Jackson...

Been living at The Jacksons now since April of 2020, and even with my new puppy and a pandemic happening they made it super simple when I moved in.

Since I've been here, I've seen a great amount of improvement continuously happening at the complex, and as I've had any of my own issues occur the front office has been phenomenal in always helping me out whenever I needed it. Parker, Jill, Lauren and Lulu have always been more than helpful whenever an issue, question or change occurred. The maintenance staff has always been very friendly and warm to me and any of my guests whenever I've come into contact with them.

Parking is ample on the streets, even though we all have an assigned spot and the guest spots are first come first serve for tenants and everyone is usually able to get a spot. They even recently added in surveillance.
