Freedom Fun USA — Attraction in Anaheim

Unfortunately, we had terrible customer experience with management/owner(s), but quality of the rental equipment was good.

The main issue was coordinating the equipment to be picked up. The following day we tried contacting the company three times over the course of several hours to understand what their pickup time window would be. When they finally replied at 4:35pm, they said the pickup window was between 5-6pm, then immediately said someone will arrive in 10 minutes. At this time no one was home to give the pickup crew access to the rental equipment stored in our garage over night, since no one replied or reached out to coordinate pickup. They only gave us a 10 minute notice they were arriving.

Management threatened us to pay a $100 penalty if we don’t arrive for the pickup crew within 45 minutes, which was still in the “immediate” 5-6 pm pickup window, although they only gave us 10 minutes notice. Management was disrespectful on the phone, yelled at my wife and said a racist comment about her ability to understand English, when in fact she speaks three languages and the issue was the their unfortunate inability to apologize for their failure to properly coordinate the pickup. I was out to diner with my family in town visiting, after paying for parking and placing my dinner order, I had to get up and immediately leave to meet the pickup crew, because we were given a 10 minute notice the pickup crew was arriving.

They could have simply apologized for not communicating with us earlier and given us more time to arrive instead of immediately escalating the issue, knowing they were at fault. There will be mistakes, so be honest, own it, and treat your customers with respect. We will not be using this company again, nor will I recommend them.

Best in the business! Freedom Fun USA has been incredible to work with. I am the Program Coordinator with Sunrise Day Camp which is a camp for kids with cancer and their siblings. I work with many vendors on a daily basis for our extra special camp needs, so I have come to find what really works and what doesn’t, especially given the unique population of children we serve. Freedom Fun USA went above and beyond to make sure our campers had THE BEST SUMMER EVER! We primarily worked with Freedom Fun for all our jumpers, water slides, lawn games, and concessions multiple times throughout our 7 week program. We even had them out for a special day of laser tag and have already booked another water slide for September. Every person we interacted with throughout the summer has been kind, supportive, engaged, communicative, and incredible will set up and tear down which is imperative when running a highly scheduled day camp. All equipment was clean and ready to use, with instructions provided, which is so important for the population we serve at Sunrise Day Camp. Overall, an excellent experience in every aspect when working with Freedom Fun USA! I would easily and without hesitation recommend them to anyone looking to add something extra to their party, camp, or event! Thank you a million times again Freedom Fun USA!!! I found Freedom Fun online and checked out their reviews on YELP. I was impressed with their positive reviews and the various services they provided. We rented their VR consoles that included an inflatable canopy. The canopy lights up at night and it really added to the wow factor.

Booking with Freedom Fun was super easy and quick. I initially texted with Stephanie to reserve my rental and spoke with her a few days prior to confirm booking. Day of delivery was such a breeze. Buddy arrived on time and showed us how to use the consoles and how to take down the canopy.

They allowed us to keep the rentals for 24 hours so we had more time to enjoy the virtual reality world at home as well.

I highly recommend Freedom Fun for providing us with amazing customer service and for the wonderful experience! Will definitely book with them again for our other party events! Thanks Stephanie, Buddy & Freedom Fun Team...
