I called and asked if they did poly-dip (nail dip with gel on top) and the lady on the phone said yes and to come in right away. When I got there, they gave me a nail tech who didn’t know how to do cat’s eye, as she didn’t know what to do with the magnet during the process. Before she started doing the cat’s eye gel, I realized she had no nail dip stuff in front of her so I asked if I was doing the nail dip cause that’s what I called for and she said yes they do nail dip and then proceeded to do just gel polish. During this process, it took her 10 tries to get the magnet right and to do a cat’s eye line with the polish. Then she did the lines a different direction on my pinkie and ring finger compared to my middle finger and I told her this. She then polished over the previous line on my ring finger, which made an X-shape and didn’t even fix the pinkie. She also left the skin around my nails a bit messy. So I’m pretty irritated and unhappy with them and will most likely never go back there. Also beware that they only accept Venmo as she said their card...

I came here for the first time for a regular pedicure with non-gel polish. Cost was $29 with French tips.

My tech was nice but I wasn't wowed. Her lines on my French tips aren't clean, there wasn't much massage, and the work on my cuticles and feet wasn't as thorough as other places. Also hated having the constant upsell of services but that unfortunately happens at most salons.

This is a really cute salon with a lot of pedicure chairs and room for manicure stations. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and so was the woman who did my pedicure. Unfortunately, my pedicure looks completely amateur. Lines are not clean and the cut is a blunt square without the pretty curve you normally get when it's done professionally. Also, the woman who did my pedicure cut my toes twice, causing burning which was uncomfortable.There is polish on my cuticles, too. I could have just done my toes at home for them to...
