Staples — Local services in Yorba Linda

I went to Staples to purchase a printer.Amy helped me select it. I told her what I was looking for. She gave me several options, and even did some research about printers that had what I was looking for. She was so pleasant and made me feel that she would keep making suggestions and looking for printers until she found just the right one. She's a keeper. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for printers. I suspect she is very knowledgeable in many, if not all of your products.

Lazy employees here. I went in to ask to just print something on my own and then have them spiral bind the pages (2 minute job).

The lady was chatting with her coworker for several minutes, then asked if I needed help. I asked about the printing and binding, and she told me it would take 24 hours. I asked if she could just do the binding after I print myself and she said no...she's too busy. Too busy doing nothing!

She said she has 20 jobs ahead of mine, but she had the time to stand around and do nothing for several minutes that I was there.

Bad service! I went to the Staples in Norco and they did it for me...

As a senior citizen I always appreciate the extra time sales folks take with me and this particular Staples location has excellent and helpful staff. The ease of doing my annual shredding is great! And whenever I can't locate an item as I did this time, the staff is kind and very helpful. As I walk with a cane, the sales woman had me wait by a counter and she went to look for and bring back the item I needed. Also, this location is convenient to my home, Costco and Kohls. I highly recommend...
