I am very disappointed in this suppose to be place of business! 2016, I started shopping with them from living rm suite etc fixing up my duplex! The staffing there was very helpful etc! Early, 2022 after having several different accounts my last payment was made! I was very pleased with the company and vice versa! The staffing there at the time knew that they had a great customer, to where they even called after the fact trying to get to buy something else! 2024 I decided it was time to update with new stuff. So, July 15th I headed back to Kimbrell knowing that I had a great name and they had outstanding customer's service! When I got there the staffing was new to me, all the older members were no longer there! After browsing around I found a very beautiful expensive new bedroom suite! Opening up a new account, with a very new staffing! I set it up my delivery date for Aug 31st. When the delivery drivers got there the bedroom mirror was shattered! I know stuff happens but over a month before delivery and this is what comes! Me being a patient person I understood! Sept 2nd, I called Kimbrell about the replacement of the mirror, I was told that it was on order and the order had been placed on Aug 31st! Sept 7th , I called back asking for Eta, the one staff member that answered had no clue on what was going on, she stated they hadn't ordered any replacement mirror bc they were not aware of anything! Now, I was very furious and asked her to check with someone just to make sure! The Mgr tells her it is on order and it takes about 2wks before delivery! September 17th, I called to check eta again, I was told delivery truck won't arrive until Sept 20th around 1pm! 2:45pm, I personally go up to Kimbrell to check on it, only to be told it wasn't there and it will be delivered Sept 23rd! I was very disappointed and spoke with the manager! When, I tell you she did not care about what was going on believe me! And yes my attitude definitely changed bc I had made a payment before my due date because I wanted to pay this off early! The reason off the attitude change because if roles were reversed in this situation and I was a customer who didn't make payments etc, they'd call etc! I asked for her corporate number, she wouldn't give it to me, she only gave me a complaint number! Yes, I called the number a filed a complaint! I was told it was the weekend so Tues the 24th, I should here back about my complaint! Sept 23rd, I received a call stating my mirror was in and they wanted to bring it out! I don't get off until 6pm Monday-Thurs but I had someone meet them around 5:30pm! The delivery drivers get there with a whole different color mirror and fan! My bedroom suite is a dark Grey and they bought a brown color out! I am very disappointed this time with Kimbrell because I don't believe my replacement mirror was ordered etc and I was lied to! The manager couldn't give a hoot about it! Now, I have to try to find a corporate number to call etc! I won't get refunded my previous payment, if I return it, it goes against my credit etc! I have already gotten rid of my old bedroom suite! This is definitely bad business and don't recommend anyone going to Kimbrell of Anderson...
Read moreI am trying to help my client get his living room set he ordered a couch, a loveseat, and a recliner It took longer then expected to get delivered to the store when they called to tell him it was in we went to pick it up they said I don't think we can do it today nobody is here to lift them, a younger gentleman that was there helped us get them in the truck the one lady said why does the numbers not match the other lady said no there right when my client asked about his chair they said oh that's not in yet so we left have to come back we got home opened the boxes and low and behold wrong couch after waiting all this time it's not even what he ordered and we're still waiting for the chair called today and still not here it's been 3 days since we got the wrong couch hopefully if and when it comes in it will match this set and...

( on paper)but my on time payments for all my open accounts for over 16 yrs wasn't considered. However, Kimbrells was referred to me so I decided to give them a try. The young lady who helped us was very pleasant & patient with me when looking around. When I made my choices, my information was taken & I was able to put my money down & make my purchase.
