We purchased an entire set of new kitchen appliances in September. The sale was great and so was the installation. But after the sale the customer service has been terrible. They delivered a Frigidaire refrigerator with a broken part. We contacted Bryan about the part. He said he would look into ordering us a new one. The part that was broken was taped in. So it was definitely shipped that way. After several weeks with no response I contacted Bryan again. Still no update. Next call I spoke with Jerry who said he was going to place an order for the part. Still no response and we had to call back a few weeks later. And we had to call them repeatedly over the next several weeks with updates. Then Jerry called and said he might have a replacement from another refrigerator they had in stock. I asked if he could send me a picture of it. He said no he couldn’t do that. I said are you kidding and he said no. So we had to drive all the way back to the store and the one they had was not what we needed. Very frustrated with the lack of customer service, keeping us updated on the status of the part. And they couldn’t take a picture of what they had and send it to us? Seriously!!!. Ron explained to me the problems with Speed Queen and their warranty service, and that they don't even put them in their showroom any longer. They do not want to sell something with problems.
