Just got some CBD here tonight. It was my first visit and all 3 staff members I spoke with were great. First was the security guard out front. They were kind and pointed my way to the 2nd checkpoint. This next person he was so great. Safely tucked behind his bullet proof glass he explained to make sure I told the staff inside it was my first visit and to remind them of my 15% off. For a moment when I entered I had no idea what to do. The young man out front may have explained to just wait to be called, or perhaps I could have browsed but since I was getting only a couple CBD items and I'd already looked them up online I didn't require anything but a cashier. Thank goodness for my wonderful cashier Jayla B! She saw/or heard me saying what do I do. She waved big waves and said I can I help you with a huge genuine smile on her face! I felt instantly relieved! I showed her screenshots from the online menu and she and I chatted while we waited for the items from the back. I felt safe and secure knowing there are many safeguards in place. Nobody is getting in without identification and they're scanning the ID and making a record of your visit. Best believe Nobody is getting in who shouldn't. Hopefully Nobody ever thinks of making the mistake of trying to rob the place! I bet Antioch PD makes stores like this a priority call! Shoot for all I know they're driving around or parked nearby at all times! Anyways I do hope the wonderful staff members who helped me tonight get the recognition they deserve. But the employees are questionable, I went to make a purchase for the first time and as I walk in a girl behind the counter says loudly “ does anyone know where the roach spray is?” Didn’t think twice and then the door opens again and the same girl again makes a comment a roach spray. That customer and myself both being brown skinned women, understood what was happening at the same time after a 3rd black person (male) walks in and she is yelling about roach spray. So either you truly have ROACH problems or the employee is racist towards your Black customers. I wasn’t going to mention anything until my 2nd trip and the same employee being there made a comment of multiple roaches being in the store as myself, my son and his cousin walked in door. Just from that experience I will not return and hopefully anyone else who has experienced that girl will not return either. But on a recent visit, I had a terrible toothache which needed a root canal so I went to the store arriving at about 7:00 p.m. and a young sista by the name of "Moe" attempted to assist me with my usual order. I need the capsules and 50 mg and 100 mg but she told me they were not for sale anymore and not for resale. I couldn't understand it?? She then asked her coworker named "Scott" if that was correct and he said yes as well. I told them that I didn't understand that and why they still advertising the boxes in the store if they can't sell it. And no one understood my concerns at all. BUT THANKFULLY the next lady that helped me was so nice and understanding and she told me that Scott and Moe were incorrect and that they do have them in stock and that they do sell them. So I asked just because the manager and she said she was the manager and I believe she said her name was Natalie or Nicole. Not for certain.
