3 star review: I really wanted to like this place. The prices were good, the staff was friendly. I purchased a washer and dryer a year ago and paid for it to be delivered all the way to the basement. The dryer dried one load and then died. It was under warranty, so they would repair it but we had to haul it to and from the store completely defeating the purpose of paying extra for delivery. So far so good on the dryer. Fast forward a year and the washer is leaking everywhere and needs a $350 fix, more than I paid for the machine. I'm starting to question the quality of repairs they do to the machines prior to selling. It's possible we just have really bad luck, so I think I would give them one more chance before moving on.

Update 5/30/18: We had our repairs done, and the repair man said that Budget Pre-owned Appliance used genuine parts, not cheap parts. It makes me think that it was just bad luck, so I'm...

Great people running this place. Very respectful and helpful. I went in looking for a new washer and dryer and ended up getting a new set through a work discount program, but the gentlemen here still were willing to give me advice on what brands in their profesional opinion were better than others. I brought my old washer and dryer in to them so they could fix them up and sell or use as parts and they were very appreciative and again very helpful in answering some questions I had in regards to installing my new washer and dryer. These guys run a honest business and do what's right vs scam you and mislead lead you in order to get your money like so many places out there. What a great place. The employees are knowledgeable, nice and helpful. I actually had a top loading Speed Queen washing machine I was going to buy new for $1300 . Speed Queens are the best I have read. Other less expensive ones I had looked at are only built to last maybe 7 years, this I heard from allot of sales people. So I stopped in at Budget Preowned Appliance, because I was having a hard time spending that much money on a washing machine. At Budget Appliance I found a direct drive motor Admiral washing machine for $300.00. I love it. It works great and does not take as long to wash as my previous washer.
