All around great place to take a casual walk looking at the beautiful botanical garden with ponds, peacocks roaming free, the waterfall, and just peaceful environment great for all us humans of any age. Accessibility for everyone plenty of rest areas. We got there at 11am and will need to return some more times just to go around the entire arboretum so much to see. Beautiful flowers were in full bloom and we like taking our time enjoying not only our time together as a family but also stopping to just observe butterflies of different kinds flying around. Weather was great clear blue skies which means bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and hats or umbrellas to fully enjoy your day taking in all this beautiful paradise...
Read moreThe Arboretum located in Arcadia is a must visit if you are in the area or if you’ve never visited the Arboretum. It’s nature at its best and you’ll see peacocks running loose. There is a cafeteria if in case you’re hungry for food and the space is wide open, which is a rarity and lots of beautiful trees, and flowers blooming. If you have a day to relax with a close friend, or bring in family members and just walk around or sit at a bench and enjoy nature, this is the place he would wanna go to. Read moreThe LA Arboretum is a beautiful place to visit. Great for kids to walk and run. Also good for wheel chair or strollers as most of the roads are nicely paved. The peacock cafe has good food at good prices and tables outdoors to eat. They have a gift shop on site with some really unique items. The buyer keeps it different with always something new to look at or purchase. Great place to bird watch. Very lovely grounds to take photos. Staff is always helpful. For sure worth getting a yearly pass. So much to see. Everything is blooming right now....
