Came here to try after my friend recommended it. I ordered the Dry Mix Noodles (14.95) with no spicy since it was a hot day. They charge a 2.3% service fee for credit cards so I paid cash. The sign about this fee is a bit small so be warned about it. The employee who took my order was pretty friendly and spoke English and Mandarin.
The noodles took around 10 minutes to be ready. I sat at their outside tables while I waited and the vibes were nice. The noodles were not bad but a bit bland. The sauce was more like a bean base sauce and that wasn't super good. It also came with a boiled egg and meat but the meat wasn't that good. The only good thing is the portion is on the bigger side, although I have seen this portion at a cheaper price elsewhere.
Overall, this seems like a decent noodle place but I probably ordered the wrong thing. Would not recommene the Mix Dry Noodles. Will try something...
Read moreI love this place but as someone from Wuhan I need to tell you this: DO NOT GET THE HOT DRY NOODLES 热干面!!!!! 1) It's way too soupy and nowhere near enough dry. 2) It needs A LOT more sesame paste. Hot dry noodles are supposed to be coated in the sauce. Qin's version has a runny and thin sauce that is neither fragrant nor rich. 3) IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE PASTA NOODLES. Hot dry noodles use alkaline noodles the same thickness as spaghetti but it is NOT spaghetti. This is a poor reproduction from someone who has never had real Hot Dry Noodles. As someone who has had this almost every morning for years of my life, I tell you to steer away from this item and get something else. They have really great broth for their noodles and always give large portions which I love.
If you want real 热干面, the best I've had are the instant versions from Chinese supermarkets. Believe me, I wanted this to taste...
Read moreStraight up insanity.HUGE PASS .NEVER AGAIN. Between the high tax in arcadia ( even orange county dont charge that much for nicer area 🥴. ) The shady 2.3 percent mystery fee added . It comes up to 19$+ for ONE bowl of noodle . Absolutely not worth the money . The flavor was meh barely any meat .lack flavor .its mainly sauce . The bread was also very blend . Super disappointed . The shop itself is very small and crowded there is some sitting outside . Not the best place to eat in arcadia . Not a bang for your buck either ... there are way better and more tasty mom and pop chinese restaurents cooking marvelous fresh noodle for a lot cheapper and without shady fees. Go elsewhere . This one isnt worth...
