Do not shop here if there’s a chance you may need to return an item. My wife purchased some sweaters on Saturday at 4pm. She was unable to try them on as there were 8 people in line for the fitting room. When she got home, she realized they didn’t fit and went back to the store Monday evening (tonight).

She misplaced her receipt but rather than attempt to look up the purchase, the male employee (we aren’t sure on his name because it was Chinese characters) accused her of stealing the clothes and initially refused a return. When she showed the purchase on the Chase app, he then inquired which register it was purchased through. When my wife identified the register, he said he couldn’t find it. My wife refused to leave and he finally said he would make an exception. This was our first and only time that we will shop at this brand, and I strongly recommend others read similar poor customer...

I came with knowledge that the item I wanted was in stock online. I asked one of the employees where I could find it within the store and they said they were going to look in the back. They came out to tell me that the items were sent back because it was "defective" I believed it at first although in the website it said it was still in stock in this location and thought it was not updated. I then decided to just purchase it online and pick it up in person and I just waited in my car because of the far drive. Crazy enough, I received it the same day within an hour difference. With speculations of employees "going to the back to do absolutely nothing so they can lie to their customers and say it is basically out of stock" I believe it is shown here in this situation. I've been to three different Uniqlos (South Coast Plaza, DTLA and this one in the SGV) and they each have their own unique layout and touch. I appreciate this one a lot due to how big it is and how helpful the employees are. I've been coming to this location several times over the past two years after placing my order online and having it delivered to the store rather than having it delivered to my place (thus, saving myself the shipping fee in exchange for running a small errand). Highly recommend to come between 10am and 11am which is when the store just opens, for a faster checkout process. Also parking on the side of Macy's or the Gold's Gym parking lots is the way to go. This particular store is located on the 2nd floor, close to the Kinokuniya and the Adidas store....
