On July 10,2021 11:00:59sce Store #17 Brenda Put, greeted me but she rolls her when i responded to her guess she hear my voice so she can act rude to me think she can get away with it. Her coworker and her help a customer bagging her item. Brenda didn't ask me if I wanted to purchase a bag. I ask her can I buy a bag she scan the bag and warped my item didnt want to put inside the bag for me. She didn't say respond when I said thank you. She help the person behind me and immediately ask her if she want to purchase a bag.

Rude customer service. There was lady behind me with basket full of rice the employee ask in a rude way is that your? When ring me up she said you only buy one bag with ebt. Like don't you think I know that. Then she ask me you don't have a membership card right I told her yes and she repeated my phone number out loud. How rude and disrespectful. Employee should repeat the number out loud people behind can hear and use the number. I will never go her line again. Or never come here again. I will go to East side of long beach. Oh, 99 Ranch, how I love your weekend samples. Many a lunch was had here, helping myself to a round of samples, shopping around for goods, then cycling back for more helpings.

The weekly ads in the Filipino newspapers has 99 Ranch's latest specials. Prices are competitive with the other local Asian supermarkets. One bargain is 32 oz Wild Mountain raw honey for less than $9. Best price on raw honey that I know of.

On the left of the store, there is a bakery selling various baked goods. My mom has purchased their pan de sal & pan de leche when there's been a sale. On the right, a quick, help yourself counter has Chinese food warming in trays for a fast meal. Freshly made chao su bao are made on premises, and we've helped ourselves to the pork asado on frequent occasions.

99 Ranch recently rolled up a Customer Loyalty program, where earned points can be redeemed for discounts & goodies. Considering the amount of money I spend here, it's great to get a little something back.

Service has been good, whether at the registers, kitchen or from the sample people. Parking is in a private lot that gets quite busy during the weekends.

99 Ranch is a great place to stock up on Asian foodstuffs. The prices are great & the samples are fresh! You'll see me here on any given weekend, elbowing people left & right for the last green onion pancake sample...

There should be no star regarding cashier Attitude !!! Today went to buy few items for my parents was in line to pay as my turn came total was 12-27c I gave $20 cash ! She said sorry I don’t have change !! Can you pay by Debit Card? I said sorry I don’t have Card !! She said I don’t have change ! The law say that $ cash is the legal tender to purchase goods and one must respect and take the money!!! I said if your big store does not have change then give 24c discount as you don’t have change ! She said I cannot do that !! I said I don’t have 24c change either ! Line behind me is curious and wondering how long this drama going to last ! I suggest please call your store manager !! She bend down and took cash change and put all change in Cash till ! Then she throw money on me and change fell down on the floor !!!! I ask her respect money don’t throw !!! In my life in USA never had a experience like this ??? She came out and pick the change and put on desk !!! Our moral is so down that people treat you like this !!! Even paying cash - If they don’t have change ? In this big Supermarket!!!! I will encourage people not to go to this location for shopping!!!! In Artesia 99 Ranch Market !! Go to other Market but not this one...
