This is a lengthy review. So I booked a room through Wyndham booking, which was the queen bed Suite with a jacuzzi in the room, the lady I had spoke with from the Wyndham booking company had told me that the jacuzzi was big enough to seat up to three people, she had also told me that the hotel was undergoing some renovation so there might be some sounds of construction going on and they apologized for the inconvenience, so me and my fiance had arrived at the hotel and we had got checked into the room and come to find out it was the wrong room with no jacuzzi in it so I had to go back to the front desk and talk to the guy that worked there the people at the front desk are very friendly and helpful, he then checked us into another room which was inside of a hallway and the whole hallway was undergoing Construction, there was construction supplies all around, and a trash can on each side of our door they were also painting so there was a lot of fumes and dust in the air we could actually see, we could also smell it from inside our room, the jucuzzi was smaller then the lady from the booking company had told me and could barely fit me and my fiance, example im 6 foot average build and she is short petite build and we were squished and had to sit in uncomfortable positions, also the breakfast is very simple plain and blan not even close to a continental. I wouldn't have spent $130 on this room if I knew the quality of it, the water also didn't get hot, it got warm...
Read moreOne of the worst Wyndham hotel. There was literally a puke on the hallway nobody took care of. Booked for three days, once reached at the room immediately cancelled 2 days calling Wyndham costumer service as it was too late to find another hotel ans we were tired. Next day while checking out the lady on the front desk didn’t want to cancel the next two days and said she didn’t receive any email or notification. I immediately called the Wyndham costumer service and let her speak with them. Then she changed her point and told me I was suppose to come to front desk as they would have taken care of it easily. She said she can cancel only one day as it was alrdy more than 24 hr. At this point I just want to leave and my kids we alrdy annoyed waiting on car. I just left the room key to her and she said she will take care of it. 20 days later I still don’t have refund for my room, not even for one day. I called them but never got call back from the them. Also taking print of credit cards doesn’t make sense. I usually don’t like to make bad reviews but this has to be done so this kind of creepy business would not be flourishing in our society. Read moreThis place is horrible ! I am very disappointed and I've stayed in Travelodge hotels before. For starters the room was dirty, it look like mold on the seal in the bathtub. The sheets were dirty. It was all around dirty. When I talked to the Manager Frank Farruhk to check out early he refused to give me a refund. Then my car gets broken into and my belongings were stolen, so you would think in an emergency situation they will give a refund of early check out. No. I called customer service and explained the situation and they told me it was the Property Managers Discretion to issue a refund. As I am trying to explain this to the manager he cutting me off and arguing with me. Why would customer service say its in your discretion and you saying its not. I wasn't asking for a FULL refund only the nights I wont be there because I dont feel safe. Thats fair to get. I only had 4 days left, he could have given me the money back for the 4 days due to the emergency of me not feeling safe and the burglary that occurred. He refused to, I dont recommend anyone staying here.
