Jewelfire Diamonds Olde Town — Attraction in Arvada

I've had the most wonderful experience working with Marion and his team at Jewelfire. From start to finish, I was treated with value and clear communication. We worked on bringing to life my custom design vision for several weeks, and the process was easy, I felt listened to, the finished product was a pretty quick process once I approved the final design. And I could not be more pleased with how my ring looks.

I was given a beautiful (albeit dated) diamond ring by my mother and after looking at so many different rings in stores, as well as on more boutique websites, I came up with a design that pulled together various elements of rings I had seen. I sent my ideas to Marion and he began bringing it together in CAD. When they were certain parts I wanted to tweak, it was very simple and he really understood my vision. My repurposed diamond looks incredible in this new setting that Jewelfire put together for me! I can't recommend their work enough. I was diligent in shopping around for the right jeweler. And I am so happy that I found the right shop to deliver on my dream...

I recommended this place to a friend since I had a great experience there a few years ago. Now, I am mortified that I sent a good friend to deal with this establishment. My friend took her ring in to get an attempted appraisal and got it resized. They told her the diamonds were fake... We couldn't believe it. Took it to another jewelry store and it was confirmed they were real. How does a jewelry store get that wrong??

My friend came in today to get the ring resized once more since it wasn't correct the first time. Grant was rude and extremely condescending. He confirmed the diamonds were in fact real. (They told her the ring wasn't worth appraising). After trying to charge to fix the resizing, my friend mentioned how the appraisal was incorrect the first time and the sizing was wrong he said "why are you even telling me this".

I get people have off days, but 2 different employees completely BOMBED their services. My friend had planned on getting wedding bands and a diamond put into their ring with this place... now we will work with...

Marion and everyone else at Jewelfire really care about their customers. Having had the same corporate bottled experience at four big chain jewelers, going into Jewelfire was a relief. Marion was kind and authentic, and was genuinely excited to help me get what I wanted in an engagement ring.

We talked about designing a ring, which I though was out of my price range, but I ended up going that route. I came in with my grandmother's old ring, and came out with a ring I designed that was exactly what I wanted, all for less than I would have paid at a chain.

The price is great, but the reason I came back (all the way from Loveland) was for the experience. We just designed my ring at the same store, and even after months, he remembered me and my fiance by name. He backs everything he makes, and will make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. At any of the other jewelers, I would have had to compromise on at least one thing, and here I didn't have to.

I can't recommend this Jewelfire...
