In the summer, the bridge lifts every half hour, as needed, and you can watch sailboats, motor boats, and even a tug once in a while, enter and leave the marina. At night, the bridge is beautifully lit. The park contains a historic piece of machinery, several benches, an overlook platform, and is maintained nicely.

Beautiful overlook of the lift bridge 🌉. Nice quiet area to get some fresh air and just enjoy the view🚶 walk around. It's also right next to the Ashtabula Marine Museum. Me and my wife went to the overlook to take a couple photos the day after our wedding.

Lovely view all seasons. You c a n drive to parking on hill or walk three flights of steps. Harbor coffee is open early if you want nourishment during a sunrise. Week end has open places and food. Lovely bars and sunsets.
