Barter House — Local services in Ashtabula

I called this company to try to get a quotation for a week and a half. I was recommended there by my carpet cleaner. For that week and a half a woman answered the phone and told me that someone would go there and give me a quote to fix or possibly replace the carpet. And for this week and a half no one showed up, no one called me back, no one did shit. I kept calling and calling getting the same story each time. Finally I called and they said they were not interested in my business and I have no idea why. I would not recommend this company for anything. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE- and by the way, 10/14/2025 what the owner said below is a LIE. They have doubled down on LIES. I finally found someone else that is kind and nice and actually does what they say to come out and look at it tomorrow Wednesday 10/15/2025. AND i had ONLY called this place Barter House since they were recommended. The owner is lying. AVOID!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS...
