Athens Barbershop — Attraction in Athens

It's a really nice shop but unfortunately it's the worst hair cut I've ever had if you have wavy or curly hair I would suggest finding somewhere else to go the hair cut and beard trim cost me 30 dollars the most I've ever payed for hair cut and beard trim told the guy what I wanted him to do he totally messed my hair up he didn't even turn me around to check it out when he was finished he caked it down with gel and then turned me around to check it out didn't ask me if I wanted him to put the gel on it I went home and washed all the gel out my hair cut was horrible so I took my clippers out and buzzed it off I'm sure not all the barber's in there are bad but I want ever go back there it's hard to communicate with most of the guys in there most of them don't understand English good luck if you got...

This the second time they have closed more than an hour early. I take off from work early to visit here and they hold their arms up at me before I even hit the door. One of the other clients at the door said they told him they are going to the river instead of helping clients... saw three people turned away in a matter of moments....if you're not able to operate your posted hours then please change your hours..... really disappointing, they do great work and I usually give them $50 per visit in appreciation but I guess I need to find...

The first time I had an excellent experience. I even spoke to the owner to make sure there would be no problems as I am apart of the lgbtqia community. I'm not trying to make trouble, just get a haircut. The owner assured me I was safe in his establishment. Turns out I am not. Today I can't even explain what he did to my hair but it's certainly not a professionally cut low fade. He wasn't interested in giving me a haircut he wanted to send me a message not to come back.
