PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Please read my reviews and the owner's response. It will blow your mind. I paid over $70 for 2 services. My partner got a serious cut and they will not take responsibility. New ownership and management. All male staff one woman (owner). The previous staff all women weren't present. I was told they NO longer work there :-( I posted about the following: 1-The "daughter" forgot to tell the staff about the 2 appointments I made. 2- We waited over 30 minutes, while my partner's feet soak for 40 minutes in cold water. 3- My color change was a mess. 4- My wax was a mess 5- My partner's pedicure got a piece of skin and toe ripped. He didn't realize how bad it was until the next day when he started walking. I still left these pathetic people an $11 tip. These are the texts from the owner: Hello! I am Mia manager at Angel nails 💅. I just received your review and I am very sad to hear that you are not satisfied with all the services today. That girl is my daughter, she is not working here just helping this week because I have to go overseas for urgent work and will return on January 2nd. Can you come back to do the pedicure service again? You do not like men to do your feet, I choose women to do your feet like what you paid today and hope you will give us another chance to take care of you! I apologize for all the problems that happened because you feel bad. In my shop there are many cameras so you can easily double check everything. Don't worry if my technician hurt your husband's toe, ask your doctor... we have insurance that will work with you. And I assure you that my technician did NOT cut as much as you said and the basic men's pedicure and short service. About 20 min - 30 min) if you want a longer service you need to pay more. And the holidays are a bit busy, I apologize for the time you waited for your appointment. But we did nothing wrong with the service of the guys when the service was done you didn't have any complaints like all the insults you said. you can do what you want. a business must have good and bad reviews about the feelings of each different customer. if 100% good reviews then it is fake. and the workers are good and not yet good and ones some are always smiling and friendly some don't like to smile, customers are the same there are people who are very nice and they always know what they want and who does it for them so they make an appointment with the worker they are satisfied with. you review to see if you have satisfied all your family members? if we are not satisfied with your high requirements then you will find a place you like. my technician do feet and did all the steps to do basic feet service for your husband even did more than the regulations as you said 1 hour for a foot $32 and you tipped him $5 with an unhappy attitude is really a loss for my tech. you keep your money we will refuse to do the service for you if you want to come back. our customers are smart customers they don't give money go to the beach. they always happy pay what they want. because i'm sorry refuse to accept your service. luckily you only changed the paint on your feet and hands. It was also immediately when I asked why so much she explained and I said okay to de-escalate any back-and-forth. I did not argue I just repeated that I felt the price was off for what i originally asked for so I just said forget it and I asked for a simple French tip. She said she could add poly lines because my nails looked boring for I would normally get because I was a loyal customer, she knows how I like em. However the 3D poly lines were a trend so she suggest that to add a little something. Cool. She went to put two lines on each nail and that was it. I thought that was plan and asked for two of them to be gold she did but I was charged 10 extra dollars. After carefully consulting with other nail technicians I come to learn that I was in fact OVER CHARGED for a French tip set with gel poly lines. They saying it looks beginner, it’s OVER PRICED, I was scammed, someone mentioned how Crocked the two lines are!! There’s absolutely no good reviews about the nail set that I got. My birthday is tomorrow and I’m just highly upset. Ive given this shop chance after chance. This should have been around 70$ dollars I was charge 100$ tip not included. I will never return. Read moreI had the worst experience last week in this location. The manager of the location is not friendly. I went there to have manicure and I was standing to select a nail polish color to hear her saying rigidly have you finished ? It was almost 3 minutes that I spent looking at about 100 colors! As if there is a time limit for a costumer to choose a color. Ok Madam It was not 15 minutes for example!!!! And there were not other people waiting in a line to give her the right of reminding me about time. Then, a beginner made the manicure for me. I left with 3 wounds, ugly appearance, and pain. By the way, their polish scratched within the first hour although I made sure it dried before leaving. How can you treat a costumer in this way! we are paying for the service. You do not offer your business for free. There are hundreds of nail salons around Atlanta. Doing some simple research, I located 3 other nail salons in the area 2 in Ansley Mall and another in Piedmont park area. Stop insulting your costumers because simply we will not come back again.
