I went today for a gel manicure and pedicure and had the worst experience EVER!!! I needed to have my SNS removed and they soaked my fingers in a bowl of Acetone. The bowl of acetone was directly under my nose and was making me nauseous. When I expressed my concern for breathing in acetone I was not acknowledged. While getting my manicure the nail technician placed the bowl of acetone next to me and when I asked her to move it because the smell was so bad she ignored me. The nail technician proceeded to use the drill directly on my nail bed (the drill should never be used on a natural nail) which was painful. She then put the base coat for the gel primer directly on my fingers without washing them or dusting them off which you can see in the picture. She proceeded to put gel polish on even after I expressed concern that I had acetone on my nails and fingers. You can see in the picture the acetone that was on my skin as well as the Particles that she didn't dust off from drilling and filing my nails. When I expressed concern again I was ignored. I then requested to speak to an owner of the salon which was even a worse experience. He was completely rude, did not seem to care what I had to say or how I was feeling about my service, or for my concerns being dismissed by his employee. The pedicure was a complete joke and was not relaxing by any means. I barely got a massage and and when she did massage me it was with a bamboo stick that she just rolled around on my leg. I was charged $80 for this terrible experience and all the manager could say to me it was at my nails look nice. He completely dismissed the lack of service or pride that the employees have in their work. It is very apparent that this nail salon cuts corners to save money and does not have a concern for the overall health of your nails. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I was appalled at the way they did my nails today. I will be contacting the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology. I just added how my nails look 2 days after the gel manicure. They are chipped!!! This place should be ashamed!!!

I’ve been here several times, brought several friends and each of us have had terrible experiences on more than one occasion. As a new business, we assumed we were not getting the best technicians. But after trial and error through multiple technicians, I see the quality of their service is simply lacking altogether. I just got my nails done a week ago, SNS (dip) after two days, two nails broke and the color looked dingy and old. Yesterday afternoon I went back, did not complain about the previous set and asked for a new set. I wake up this morning, less than twelve hours since I left the salon and every nail is cracked. I’m headed out on a trip this morning so I did not have the time to sit through another session and simply asked for my money back. Both the manager and owner refused my request, said sorry and said that’s not how they do business. I am in the service industry and have never experienced something like this. I never leave bad reviews, as everyone has bad days but this is terrible customer service . I get it, at the end of the day it is a $70 manicure but I work hard for my money (as they do) and they literally stole from my pocket. Very disheartening in general but especially during this time of year.

Had a bad experience yesterday. I requested mirror chrome nails. The woman that started on my chrome wasn’t able to give me the mirror chrome look that was requested. We spent close to 30 minutes or more on her attempting the style, but ultimately still ended up with a splotchy/ sloppy finish. I was able to see black specs through the chrome, as well as black lines around the cuticle area. She acted as if she didn’t notice, so I expressed my concerns to her. She seemed like she had a little attitude but said she would get someone else to do the chrome. She then removed her chrome and had someone else take over. The application was a lot better the second time, or so I thought, but I was completely wrong. The chrome is now peeling (showing the black underneath) and almost every nail has a bubble in it šŸ™ƒ … along with the nails having more of a sparkle finish than the mirror chrome look that was originally requested. Ultimately, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the end result of my nails, especially considering the price that I paid for the service. To top things off, I am now inconvenienced with the task of having to get my nails fixed…. again, when they should’ve been done right the first time.

I have been to this nail salon 3 times. From last year when they first opened to 2 days ago. All times I've had an issue with the way they did my nails it wasn't a big deal for me so I didn't fuss, but this time- this time my nails were SO badly done, that it would be wrong of me not to leave a review about it. So I went in for an SNS French tip manicure and a pedicure with gel. Firstly, my nail tech was Steven. My nails are short, and STILL was filed crookedly. He was going for a square shape, I have absolutely no idea why. This just made it look even uglier. He literally filed down the top without shaping the sides! He added a good amount of SNS coats but did NOT FILE THEM DOWN TO EVEN THEM OUT! my nails looks BIG AND BULKY! On top of that it's TOO PINK.it literally just looks pink and white, not like French. I'm going to post a picture. Then, he used gel to make the line at the top for the French tip, and only used ONE top clear coat lol. Needless to say as soon as I went back home, the whole top coat started peeling off! Then, on my thumbs the actual SNS started coming off!!!! For the manicure, he had me soak in warm water, then took my hands out, dried them, put the cuticle remover on, dried that too, then proceeded to work on DRY CUTICLES. Their manicure is in no way shape or form worth $45! The next day I decided to call them back, because on top of the ugly cartoon looking nails he gave me, they OVERCHARGED ME. I called and asked the lady on the phone what was their cost for an SNS french tip manicure, she said $55-$60! On my receipt they charged me a full set at $75!! If the nails were done correctly, I wouldn't mind paying $75, but you messed my nails up then overcharged me?! I told her that I was there the day before and that I was overcharged, on top of that my nails are chipping and peeling. She asked me who did my nails, I said Steven, then she said, "Steven doesn't do SNS." Why am i not surprised?! She then called Steven over, in which he confirmed he did do my nails. I asked her about the price, she tried to justify that too!! She said I should come in right now so Steven could fix my nails. I asked her why would I go back to Steven when you yourself just confirmed he can't do SNS? She said I should come in at 3pm, 4pm, or 5pm to see the manager because she doesn't know what time he'll come in. Um no. I have a life too, plus I was flying out the following day to go on vacation! I will NEVER go back there. I bless the money you all decided to hustle me out of. My pedicure was mediocre. The place...

So as I am currently sitting at this location I am sharing my experience. I was here last weekend to get my nails done. Everything seemed fine however as I wore my pedicure I noticed that the color was more sheer that I anticipated. I returned on Sunday to get extra coats of polish because my schedule does not allow me much spare time. I was told that I would be charged $25 to correct their error. My thing is when you were painting you saw that the polish required more layers to complete the look. I told the you are not going to hustle me. I then asked the other nail tech who fixed it if it looked like the last nail tech from Wednesday cut off enough extra skin. She then rudely snapped that she did not have the nippers to clip it…can you imagine?! In an entire nail salon she said there were no nippers. I called her over again and mind you the entire time I was calm. She then proceeded to say she doesn’t do nail…but she just did my nails. She then abruptly left and told me to basically chase down someone else. I guess this is the ration and behavior of a person on meth because her cracked and very blistered lips could definitely indicate some kind of drug usage which clearly possibly contributes to her lack of decision making, erratic behavior and poor customer service. Why is it that the Asian community can set up shop and take Black Americans money to treat them any kind of way? Why is that okay? Because I am of African decent it is abnormal for me to ask questions after I have paid money that I work very hard for! Yes, I expect a clean seat. Yes you are expected to service me in a clean bowl as regulated by the Georgia State board of Cosmetology. Yes I expect the shape to be flawless and the polish to be even. I will be searching for a private nail studio that has standards and class. We as a people should start giving our money where we are valued and appreciated. Just take a look for yourself at all the unsatisfactory reviews of poor service rendered from this...
