Headline: They sold me a moldy cart, promised me it wasn't moldy, and then refused to give me my money back once I confirmed it was mold.
Millie sold me a THC-9 vape pen. I opened it after purchase in front of her and it was cloudy and mold. I asked her what it was and she said it was "butter" and reaffirmed me it was fine despite my concern. I asked for another one. She said they all looked the same and promised it was butter. I walked to another vape shop and showed them and they were disgusted by what I showed and warned me not to smoke it. Confirmed it was mold. I went back within 30 minutes and demanded a return. Her nor her managers would help until I threatened to leave a bad review. She took 30 minutes to process a return that they never issued. Told me I was good to go and asked me to leave the dab pen so they could return it. I left it with them. I saw on my credit card they never offered the return. Called the store back. Millie told me to take it up with my credit card company because her nor her managers were willing to do the return. For the pen that I returned to them after they told me they gave me my money back. Read moreI usually have great experiences there, but 10 days ago I bought a new vape battery, and found it to be defective directly out of the box. I tried other 3 separate pods, but it did no register with any of them. I took it in to the shop 3 days later to let them know and exchange it, or atleast get store credit for another product. I ever showed them how it was broken and they agreed it was defective, but they told me they weren’t able to exchange it with out a manager present. They wrote down my information and told me the manager would call when he was there so that I could (hopefully) return or exchange the item.
Of course, I get no call back, and now, about 8 days later, I call again trying to get this thing exchanged, and I get the same run around that the store manager has to be there.
