They literally saved my life or at the very least a very expensive ambulance ride.

I was in the area this week waiting in line at the Plaza Theater for almost three hours in the heat when my vision started to go dark and my legs got weak.

I ran into the store and found Avery who was so kind to let me rest on the floor by the window until I was back to normal.

Two kind girls showed up to bring me water (thank you Ava & Reese you are solid gold) and Avery kindly refilled it before I left and made sure I was okay.

Nyssa who had helped me earlier before I was standing in line was also so kind and helpful during my time shopping there.

At the end of the night I saw them both after they had just closed the store and they made sure once again I was feeling better.

I don’t know what else to say — the clothes and accessories are cool and all here but man, they have some genuine angels at this location.

I bought a bag online and went to store to pick it up. The fact that you have to pay for parking in this little lot is ridiculous, which deterred me from wanting to buy other items here. I went in the store and the security guard spoke, which was nice in my opinion. The lady I spoke to at the desk grabbed my order from a box, checked my ID, and I guess she had to clear my name from her phone. The part that really got me was the no eye contact while attempting to hand me my purchase. I’m big on hospitality and follow through, for which she didn’t deliver. I would recommend for future customers, she give eye contact while handing customers their purchased items, otherwise, you’re going customers, like myself, feel...

Wanted to buy a particular jogging suit, asked if they had it in the back size small, young blk girl asked her mgr., in which she was focused on putting product on the floor, instead of helping customers I waited for his return 30 minutes went by so I asked the blk associate where was the mgr., she stated he had to unload a ups trk (WOW) never will I shop there again, the mgr needs to be Fired, I will inform all of my military veteran buddies not to shop...
