I LOVED my experience at Luxe Lashes!! I had never had lash extensions before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I knew I wanted to get them done and that I wanted something natural that was still enhancing. Friends of mine have been going to Tatiana and Luxe Lashes for years and their lashes always look beautiful, so I was referred by them to go to Tatiana and I am so happy!! Not only is Tatiana is so nice, but she did an amazing job!! I was her last appointment of the day and she took her time and paid extra close attention to detail. You can truly tell the difference between the quality of work and the level of customer service - I've received so many compliments on my lashes, and I keep looking in the mirror, I love them so much! i went to get my lashes done. (psa i’ve never gotten mine done before this was my first time) the service took about 2 hours and everything was fine. however the price was absolutely diabolical. i had to give a $100 deposit which went towards my appointment and then pay $100 upfront. i thought that was standard price. (i had no idea, again this was my first time) i asked for a natural cateye and while she was doing it she said it was a “volumizing set” so it was $50 extra. (keep it mind she had already started so there was nothing i could say/do) after she was done, i wanted to get lash soap and applicators. (bc i didn’t have anything and qtips will get stuck in them) i like my lashes, i think she did a good job but for my total being $363, i should’ve LOVED it. adored it might i add. i don’t think i have to say anymore. if you every want to get your lashes done pls pls pls go to a lash tech.
