I went to shop at the store this evening as I often do just a browsing inventory and as a content creator, I’ve been very interested in the app controlled devices. I also like looking at part games and things like that for interaction with my guess or whatever at home and also to find things that might stimulate my sex life or love life Shopping for these things sometimes takes a lot of careful consideration and looking. It’s very personal. It’s not something I appreciate being rushed while doing the person working in the store. This evening was horrendously rude to me for no apparent reason at all and I would like to talk to someone about just how terrible it was, though I didn’t wanna make my purchases there at that point I did anyway because I took an Uber to get there from where I live near the airport and that was my outing for the evening since I worked all day and not till I get around if I get around alone, I thought I’d look at the selection and with so many items on sale and so many more that were added to the inventory recently Who would’ve thought that the man working there would hassle me so much and be so rude for nothing at all then, when I asked for his help, he threw his arms out and said I’m not gonna do this with you as if I was doing something wrong. The security guard then shook his head and said that if I want to look at something to let him know, and he will come over there to help me and yeah, when I ask for help the man was simply rude and hateful. Very hateful. There was no one else in the store. I didn’t do anything unusual he simply was just the worst associate imaginable absolutely the worst Whoever is in charge of the physical store location should fire this man on the spot and I have no. Reg That at all that man should lose his job because he doesn’t like being there and he’s gonna bring that business down. If you would like to know about my experience or my purchase, which was the new satisfier anal vibrator app controlled device basically exactly what I was hoping to find but comparing it with all the other options does take time. I can’t believe how rude this man was and I wish him the worst. He treated me like I was trash, not capable of making a purchase there or something. I really don’t understand. Maybe it was racism. Mark my words, I will be back when I wanted to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had in your store tonight. There were other employees and customers present who witnessed the situation, and I sincerely hope management looks into who this employee was and what the issue stemmed from.
I remained calm throughout the encounter, but the behavior I experienced was unacceptable—rude, confrontational, and completely out of line with how I’ve come to expect your customers to be treated. I’ve always been a regular shopper and a supporter of your brand, so this was particularly upsetting.
I’ve shared my experience on my Twitter feed, where I tagged your official account so that you can see the details for yourself. My followers are expressing the same disbelief I felt in the moment. I also plan to post a Google review, where I am a Top Contributor, because I believe in providing honest feedback to protect future customers from similar mistreatment.
While I hope to one day restore my five-star rating, I can’t in good conscience do so until this situation is addressed and resolved. I’m not writing this out of anger but out of genuine concern for the reputation of your store and the wellbeing of...

Every square inch was immaculate, but not reeking of chemical cleansers. The inventory was neatly arranged. And best of all, the staff were professional, helpful, and courteous. I was only in town for one night, and had to take an Uber from my hotel. The man behind the front counter answered my phone call ahead of my visit on the first ring, confirmed the arcade entry fee, recommended a good travel route, and was generally pleasant to a fault.
When I got dropped off, after a look around the shop (which seemed more than well stocked in the best toys and media), the (same?) clerk sold me a refrigerated bottle of Rush before admitting me to the arcade.
$20 gets you 8 hours inside their sprawling banks of booths. Most but not all had well-maintained apertures. None that I saw were short of spotless. All of their many channels had crystal clear audio and video. The booths also had sturdy locks that withstood all attempts to open them from outside.
If you plan to visit, keep in mind that the $20 entry fee does include a $5 video voucher, but after that's gone, to watch more videos, you will need cash to feed each individual booth. Also, I don't think there is a customer restroom outside the pay-to-enter arcade area.
Close to midnight on a Sunday, the place was very busy. As a few other reviews have noted, the crowd tended to be attractive but cliquish, somber, and not overtly friendly, despite what our shared venue might otherwise suggest. Many guys just hovered in the hallways, furtively tracking other visitors or, more often, fixating on their own smart phones. Inside several booths, I saw the same thing: dudes glued to the screen in their hands, rather than to the one on the wall.
And I mean, sure...it's your $20 and your time to spend how you like, but in a space like this, perfectly optimized for sex-positive interaction, I was dismayed to see so few participants and so many spectators because the landscape doesn't get much safer, more inviting or hospitable, than this place.
So I guess my one star decrement isn't so much because of Southern Nights as it's because of their strangely aloof, dissociated patrons.
Regardless, I had a great time and will definitely return if I find myself in Atlanta again. Great job, Southern Nights. I wish you could give lessons about how to run this kind of business across...
Read moreAwesome place. I've lived in every state on the continental us and have been to many adult entertainment venues from like this Taboo in Seattle, Secrets in Des Moines, Spanky's in Santa ana, Deja Vu in Vegas, I can go on trust me, while some on major venues spend tons money, and get all the glitter and frills, they always have issues with staff. Southern nights is by far superior in that regard. And the theater is one of the most comfortable I've seen in years. They really go the distance to provide a convient environment, down to the towelette dispensers on every booth. As I can attest they go the distance to be sure your experience is everything it can be. As a crossdresser it can be difficult sometimes even in places you would think were made with us in mind, but at southern I felt as relaxed a regular on hour 1. Great experience all around. I been back and plan to make southern a part of my weekly...
