What an experience! First & foremost the food was good! Must get valet no self park for $20! Apparently. The place looks beautiful! Low lighting, not tooo big, intimate, seatings were great & comfy. Service couldve been better. 1st greeted, not facing us, her face was looking everywhere but twd us which was awkward/rude but w/e. So hospitality wasnt pleasant nor welcoming and cust. service friendliness was already garbage. Everything pretty much came out at the same time. We did a special since we were early & it was $100 for 2 dinners, hookah, drink. we also ordered salads as appetizers. Appetizers came out and while we were eating hookah came out. Im used to the hookah coming after. Thats just me. But i guess some ppl be puffing smoke while inthe midst of them eating. To each it own. I dont want to be chomping & puffing at the same d*time. When they brought out the salads the dish rolled almost off the tray & almost fell on my girl which shes the one that actually caught the plate in time before it fell on her. We ignored that cause $#!+ happens. Inthe middle of us eating waiter comes by with a tray filled w/drinks and the drinks fall all over my entire left leg, open toe shoes, feet, the table we were eating at & the floor! She apologized but by this point, again. She got the cleaner yet all he did was mop the floor & put a sign. She handed me a towel to wipe myself. Now was i supposed to also wipe dwn the table for them!!!!!!! They left the table as is and it continued to drip on me. They claimed to take half off. In which as a previous restaurant mgr i was so annoyed & bothered i just wanted to leave. It wasnt water that was spilled on me. It was more than 4 cups of alcoholic beverages! And table was still soaked. I spoke to other restaurant owners & theyre upset i never got it 100% off after all that. Or 80%! I couldnt even finish my food. I was irritated and uncomfortable. And working a while ago at a restaurant & NEVER having a mgr come out showed me the caliber of location i was at. I should def be refunded. & no mgr come over! So $100 dinner i didnt eat, all we ate were the salads, a hookah that by the time i got to it was burnt out so didnt even smoke, and lets not talk about the drinks cause we didnt even order alcoholic drinks we had moktinis. So juice pretty much. What a not so good experience minus the salads (That was good!) Just looked at accnt they charged me $98! Ill make sure to tell my ppls about this. And $20 valet. For a $#!++/ experience! Let me not forget i had my phone posted and content video stand where allllllll the alcohol spilled onthe table. Smh. Let's start with the 20% service fee even for a party of one. Is stupid ridiculous. If i would have known i wouldn't even went. But Based off the reviews, I went on my birthday 3 people including myself, 2 tickets and was charged a 20% service fee each ticket. Gratuity is added to a 5 or more party.This place is a bit expensive So the servers are making good good on the customer. They rarely even check in with. Once our waitress took the order she was done. She was the only one for the entire room. Which was not a concern she gets tips regardless her service. Neither drink i ordered was right. From the presentation online. Completely different from what i was severed the Pitaya just sprite in a wine glass. The Fig cocktail. Had a fried cookie like fig inside the glass which made it cloudy and crumbles. The wings were extremely tiny and the bones were broken. The food didn't live up to the expectations not worth the money.the pictures online are beautiful. Not what you get in reality. The upholstery is dirty and burnt-out from smoking. Not upscale at all. Despite the dimly lit room, finding my group was manageable. The salmon pasta, though missing the shrimp I ordered, was delightful and well-prepared.

However, the shortage of staff was evident. Waiters multitasked as bottle service attendants, bussers, and servers, leading to delayed service. My 29-minute wait for water emphasized the need for more personnel.

The entertainment, featuring engaging dancers, helped pass the time between sporadic waiter visits.

For bottle service and hookah, expect around a 30-minute wait (for a group of 10).

Update (same evening): Muhammad, the manager, initially intended to charge me for the shrimp, citing information from the kitchen staff about the pasta containing shrimp. However, upon reading my review during our conversation, he mentioned holding my waiter accountable for the shrimp's absence.
