Customer Service at this location is -0. So in June I bought a money order from this post office and I never saw that it was blank. So I sent the money order to pay for my car. When they got, the deal text me back and say it was blank to my surprise. So I went back to the post office to try and get it resolved in many different ways up to now I am stuck with a money order, money was drawn from my account. The “so call supervisor” said they do not have an inventory of the money order they have. To make matters worst, the grumpy female agent used who gave me the money is no longer there. I have called every number to try get my $252 back. This is just fraud and I need my money back. I will be reporting it to the police.Customer service at this post office is absolutely terrible. Read moreHonestly, I have never experienced ruder service ANYWHERE. I’d give 0 stars if I could. On this most recent (of many) horrible experiences at the EAV Post Office, one of the employees actually gave me the hand to stop me from talking mid-sentence and then she even accused me of lying about my mailman not delivering my mail until almost 9pm and being to lazy to walk my package to the door- so he just claimed a notice was left because “nobody was home” (I was outside when he initially drove up). I had to go to my car to get my phone, get back in line as she instructed and show her the text notification with the time stamp to finally get her to even ACKNOWLEDGE that I had a package there to be picked up and then she tried to tell me to come back later because it was not a convenient time (10am) for them to search for my package. I got nothing but attitude from her the entire time and she repeatedly told me that what I stated happened was “not possible”. This is not the first time an employee at this post office has been so rude to me that I actually walked out shocked. I agree with the other reviews; they should shut this branch down. It has the worst customer service (if you could call it that) and they NEVER get packages to you on time. Oh! Then they treat you like dirt when you have to come pick up your shipments that never...
Read moreRude..and ... ignorant...Today I walked into this particular Post office looking to buy a Money order, as another customer was in line and speaking to the clerk about some of the services offered, the clerk said in addition they were out of Money Orders, I repeated that same question again and this clerk said that yes they were out of Money Orders as I was leaving I did politely ask for the staff to put up a sign saying so, and the response was not MY PROBLEM ...How is The UNITED STATES'POSTAL SERVICE, going to treat and speak to people this way?? You're a public service, WE ARE NOT here for you ...but YOU ARE HERE for US... Maybe try and with a more intelligent and respectful approach as well..It's just interesting to me that there's signs up everywhere to advertise and inform people that YOU ARE hiring and yet look what you already have, which frankly is NOT much at all, next time, please consider the value and courtesy of putting a sign up in the first place, and letting people know, and this staff member should be more considerate as well , funny thing is that if I was disrespectful or threatening, there's serious consequences potentially for me towards a FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE, yet, when the sides are reversed, nothing.....just a thought, maybe you should and could...
