The owner of this establishment was extremely intoxicated and belligerently screamed at my 6 year old daughter! There were about 10 witnesses as well as my boss . As she had my baby cornered mind you my daughter is crying and shaking ( she’s so scared ) she continued to yell , as I asked her to walk away several times . I had never had it before last week. Wandered in here. I'd heard of pho so I figured I'd try it. I had the mushroom and tofu version (I'm not vegetarian, just a man that loves his mushrooms).

You get a bowl with broth, noodles, cilantro, jalapeno, bean sprouts, and then your protein (roughly- may have missed a couple things).

This thing is a punch in the face with flavor and texture. The cilantro and jalapenos kept things bright and fresh, and it was portioned pretty perfectly. I'm 6'3" and 250 and my buddy was 6'0"ish and probably 180 and we both felt great after. Not too much, not too little.
