West End Print Shop — Attraction in Atlanta

I mainly get basic things done at this place. Items copied or printed out. So as far as that goes, they've always done a great job. And the owner is on site and make sure that the staff are trained well to the point of knowing to always be respectful to the people they are serving. If you live in"urban" neighborhood you'll understand what I'm saying and can appreciate this. I heard someone talking one day about having to wait longer than necessary on one occasion and the staff taking too long dealing with customers. My experience has been the opposite. The weight is no longer than an office Depot that I occasionally frequent when I'm not near this place. Frankly, I've noticed them taking extra time with folks who just can't communicate what it is that they need while standing at the counter. This is no fault of the person that's serving them. I can tell you, at an office Depot you're not going to get anyone to take that amount of time trying to help you explain what it is you should already know. Therefore, I commend them for being patient and trying to serve the people and still be pleasant. For what is mostly a group of young college age individuals, I think they're doing a damn good job. I will continue frequenting this place as the owner make sure that things continue to run smoothly, for the most part, as expected. I've had very positive experiences with the staff and have always gotten what I needed with patience and a smile, but EVERY single interaction I've had with the manager (I believe his name is Ralph) has been nasty.

My last experience, I attempted 4x to get my painting printed out (their machine was either out of service or printing with lines through my print) and on the last try, I saw a large crease. I know it may seem small, but after 4x I need you to deliver pristine. When I mentioned the crease, Ralph comes out and says it was normal wear and tear. Huh? Y'all sellin' used copies at copy shop? I had know idea that was a thing.

I have to give a one star, which is something I truly don’t like to do when it comes to BB. I use to get my business cards and flyers printed here years ago.

The last two times the printing of Business Cards have been really bad. My 1st order I was refunded due to the printing of the business cards. This go round they were blurred printing. I do believe there is a disadvantage of paying before completion if the printing quality is really bad.

I would love to speak with someone rather the owner or manager to have this taken care of and I will be willing to remove my 1 Star review.

It’s pretty embarrassing having to have 1000 Business Cards with bad printing and ink.
