HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their cakes are good but they do not justify their customer service. I placed an order for a custom cake online and called just to confirm that everything was going well. I scheduled delivery for the cake. The day of the delivery, the cake never showed. I called and asked about the delivery and I was ensured that it was on its way. Another hour passed and still nothing. I called back just for them to say they don’t offer delivery. I had someone pick up the cake and the spelling was wrong. I called them and they purposely ignored my calls because they answered the first call my sister made from her phone. I explained how upset I was with my experience and when I went back in for them to fix the spelling mistake, I was told the next cake would be free. A week later I email and call them for the cake and didn’t get a response. My sister called and they had no idea what she was talking about and told her someone would reach back out the next day. I went to order my son a birthday cake & the girl at the counter was totally unprofessional. She was on her phone & she had us waiting to even place the cake order. We assumed she was behind the cake display cleaning but she returned with icing on the side of her lips. When she finally took our order she seemed so confused about the process & couldn't answer any of our questions. So she tried contacting the owner but they didn't answer so we had to leave & come back. The day of my son's birthday we went to go pick up the cake & they were clueless about the order I placed & paid for! They had to literally make his cake right then & there. I'm very sorry but those cupcakes were not good they were dry they were crumbly they had no sweet to it when I picked up the cupcake it just it just started crumbling inside of the wrapper so I don't think I would ever eat there again I've had several vegan cupcakes and they were amazing I don't think they put enough love in these cupcakes and when I call the young lady told me to call back in the morning and I just didn't understand so they they was not very helpful at all to me and I spent a lot of money so I don't plan on...
