Breeza Beachwear — Attraction in Atlantic Beach

I live 70 miles from the Wings at the circle Atlantic Beach. I purchased 2 Copa Beach Chairs on Laborday 2021. I still have the receipt. Used chair long enough to sit in it when the bar bent near the hinge. It was damaged on my Anniversary 10/1/2021 at Nags Head. Both chairs were brand new at the time. Purchased for that weekend. Fast forward 2/19/2022 brought chair and receipt to Wings location where I purchased. Explained to Manager Carla never got to use chair and 1st time back because of winter. Also stated when purchased guy at check out they had trouble with some so bring it back no problem. I spend my summers at Emerald Isle so I took a chance. I did not ask for refund just another chair. The chair I have Is brand new but bent at hinge, also have the cardboard.Carla stated purchased more than 7 days to nothing she could do. Well I spent over $100 got that chair so buyer beware of their junk. Tried to find a corporate manager or owner...

I had7 items. They price things on tag buy 1 for so much up to 3 so much for less. I was buying the 3 of one item and 2 of another to get the lower price and when I got up there the clerk charged me the buy 1 price that's higher I had to argue with him he wasnt giving me the right prices. I said then I wasnt going to buy 2 of the items he rang it up again with the 5 items and continued to give me the higher price. I even showed him the tag price added it out loud. All he could say is that that's what it scans in. I said I wasnt going to buy the items and walk out and he finally gave me the discount. People you higher need to know how to add, trained on the register or make sure they are in the right state of mind at work. OR this company relies on customers not in the right state of mind that cant add and will pay whatever is rung and...

Ok first off. Customer service was amazing, wish I had gotten these ladies names... They complimented me on how good my 2yr old behaved... and even offered to hand me another suit over the fitting room door...to try on. I had yelled for my shopping buddy (mom) and the lady said... can I help you, did it not fit? Do you need a smaller size or bigger size and I'll hand it over to you. secondly... My bathing suit was FIRE. Fit perfectly and I felt so sexy. Shorts were 3bucks and cute cute cute. I will definitely be shopping at wings everytime I go there... not because of the sweet deals.. but because of the employees. Thanks guys, you...
