Stay away!!!! They will raise your rent every year. At one point, I had five units with this company. They went up on every single one of them. $40 and $50 at a time (yearly)I still stuck with them because the location was convenient. I got out of those units and switched to one big unit that cost me $695 a month.(No electricity) It was a size of three 10 x 20 units. It was still more than I would’ve paid with another company. After one year they raised my rent to $800. I have a ton of stuff I have to get out of there now. There’s no customer appreciation with this company. Because of the line of work that I’m in I have to have storage for inventory. I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company. Never paid my rent late and I’ve been a great tenant with no issues. I’ll never use this company again.

FYI, I had a 10 x 20 unit at U-Haul for four years while I had my units at Atlantic self. $195 month at U-Haul to start And four years later, I’m at $205 per month. Yep, it took U-Haul a whole four years to go up 10 bucks. I usually just shrug stuff like this off but figured I had to warn the people. My advice is this you can definitely find something cheaper with a company that won’t raise your rent to ridiculous rates in a short amount of...

Manager will push you to leave a 5 star review to the point that it is obnoxious before you even get your storage unit. He is NOT a good guide and actually led us right to the sharpest turn in the lot with a truck towing a trailer. After several attempts to get out of the corner that he trapped us in (we had to stop multiple times because his directions would have caused multiple collisions)he actually opened a back gate that he could have led with to save 25 minutes. We did not move the truck without him watching, yet 10 minutes after leaving the storage unit I found a scrape on the front bumper that was not there prior to entering the property. He did not stop us or say a word when it happened, even though he was watching 100% of the time we were there because he was giving directions every time the truck left park. We have reached out to him and received no response. Use this unit at your own risk and it is highly recommended that you do your own scouting before trusting him to guide...

This has been where I chose to store personal belongings for approximately 2yrs. Apparently new management / owners found it appropriate to discuss my personal information and their own personal feelings about me with another customer. How very unprofessional. Since I was informed they would be trying to terminate my lease..... I have not been able to find anyone available in the office. Out showing a unit sign is ALWAYS POSTED on the front door and I never see anyone out showing units!!!! This has made it impossible to have any conversation with them. As of December 15, 2023 I did receive a hand delivered notice explaining my lease will be terminated. I asked the you lady which one of them thought it was appropriate to discuss my information with another customer? Dumb founded!!! It wasn't her was what she responded. So since the office is no longer open. Eben during business hours. I will contact Corporate to have my issues resolved. ...
