The best wood fired pizza in Jax! And I say this with full confidence. There is one that comes close in the riverside/downtown area but, the quality has gone down as of recently & the prices up. Reve takes the cake bc they have professional, nice ownership 24/7 & gives authentic transparency through and through. I love coming in here to see former mellow mushroom coworkers I used to work with - Always puts a big smile on my face and the experience is immediately top tier. The MM crew is very experienced in the beer connoisseur world and I’m happy to see them now at Reve, bringing that special expertise and knowledge to a new environment and killin it. It’s their niche and they do it well. If you haven’t tried a beer slush with your phenomenal pizza here yet, they really do go hand in hand. Or if the slush isn’t something that’s featured at the time, the beer soft serve is a nice finisher for dessert as well. Really you can’t go wrong with any beer pairing and I do like that they also serve wine here. If you are looking for a cocktail, you have plenty of vibey options right next door. There is a garden club you can enjoy Thursday, Friday, or Saturday nights (reservations highly suggested); as well as a distilled craft brewery (Grey Matter) all right there within a short walking distance. Both options are incredibly fun. I wish I lived closer to this unique spot but it’s such a treat when out that way. The decor for a “brewery beer bar” is top notch. It’s “sultry study” meets modern day (adult) Alice in wonderland. Something you need to see and experience first hand.

When your doctor gives a prescription that includes a brewery, ya gotta follow those orders, right? I’m submitting the bill to the insurance company, I mean doc orders… The Reve, found it in a small shopping center, parking right out in front. There was some seating out front, but not today for me, ya smoke? Perfect. Once inside it was kinda spacious, some tables, some comfy couches (assumption, didn’t sit), I think they’re sinky couches. A nice bar, wide stools, that are close to each other. No issue. Quick hey from the bartender. I went hazy, the flag ship haze, Feed Your Head. Nice quaff. The other half went Mex lager. There’s an array of taps, covers it all, even sours for you “weirdos”. ❤️❤️❤️❤️kidding. But still.. Food, we went bread app, kinda cheesey with pesto. Good. Then the basic pizza. Yeah, it was good, I recommend the pizza. Easy eating. Couple cans for home and we were done. It was a good stop, enjoyed. Oh, it was set up like a tiki bar…a temp thing, was very Brady Bunch. 😀

The first time I came here I left regretting not ordering any pizza. So you know this time I went in. Started off with a Chasing rabbits, e we high was DIPAlicious. Not a huge bread and butter guy but the burrata was amazing. A bed of arugula covering a homemade layer of pesto, topped with the Siky burrata cheese, paid with home made pizza bread with a melty parm garnish. Definitely fought between a couple choices of pizzas but ended up choosing the prosciutto fig. The Flavor combinations in this pizza finish well side by side with a cold beer. Love this place can’t wait to come back bc and try the friend of the devils pizza. And shout out to the excellent service from the bartender Joey as well, most definitely added to the great experience.

I have been wanting to come here but everytime I would think of it they were closed, my issue not theirs. They are open Wednesday through Saturday so there are plenty of options to go. From the moment I was stepping through the door I could see I was going to love it. From the cool graphic on the door to details such as glassware, great graphic coaster, carved wooden mirrored back bar, copper topped bar, Edison lighting and the bathrooms supplied with quality hand soap, I loved it. My niece describes the interior as Alice in Wonderland going down the rabbit hole!

Though I don't drink beer or wine often I still love our local breweries and most of them also have other drinking options. Reve offered Knarbucha kombucha tea and a hard seltzer as well. They have a very unique offering of imperials, sours and IPA and an ever changing beer slush which was an oreo cookie offering when I went. I opted for the kombucha tea which was lovely but look forward to trying the Hazy citrus beer many at our table were drinking. Now that I actually made it to Reve I look forward to making this one of my regular local...
