Mary Jane's House of Glass — Attraction in Auburn

First off, wow!

I walked into this shop not really looking for anything in particular. I was drawn in by the glass work in the window. If I was going to walk away with anything I was thinking it would be a small item.

Madison greeted us on our way in and asked if she could help with anything. We explained we were pretty much just walking in for a glance. However, I did compliment the glass work. She proceeded to give us a little bit more knowledge on the pieces in the shop, but wait, then she told us MORE. This young lady then later showed us not only was she nice and knowledgeable but personable. Yes!!!

As she gave us some space and time to look at the things she brought out for us a little closer, more customers came in. She took care of each of them in the same fashion she had taken care of us. I was delighted.

Alas, a shop that provides great customer service. I believe we have all at some point or another walked into an establishment that was quick to put you on the spot and ask what do you want and then coldly leave you if you had nothing in mind.

Madison provided me with a relaxed shopping experience that made me feel very comfortable. It was also refreshing to not feel pressured into making a purchase. Thank you girl if you're reading this. I will definitely be...

I recently visited Mary Jane's House Of glass on a visit up to WA, this glass shop has everything from discount pipes to glass artwork that leaves you speechless.Rachel was so kind I have to find the right glass when I'm adding to my collection knowing my budget she was willing to show me all sorts of things from a throwable (not just tossable) hamdpipe to my favorite piece of glass in the entire world a coral reef bong sea turtle and i believe a trumpet fish it makes you want to cry it's beyond beautiful. Once i decided on the custom bong made for their shop (so neat!💖) she was willing to pull each one down closer for me to view up close until i finally made my choice....Thanks Rachel I appreciate you doing that. I do recomend if you are buying a new piece take a little extra$$$(moderate priced i planned for $50) as a splurge or treat for yourself and Check out Mary Janes glass shop if you get the chance and if its a little out of your way it is...

I've been a customer since the Federal Way store had opened. The Auburn store has been my go-to since their opening. Last week I purchased a nice wood Sherlock pipe. There was no draw even with an empty bowl. Defective. I returned it to the store. Understandably return such as this there would be a hygiene issue. The understanding woman I spoke to did not have "the pay grade" to commence with a proper solution. I left my name along with the pipe and my receipt (other items were purchased) for someone to contact me. The next day Alisha called me and set me up with a store credit. I was good with that. It wasn't the money ($25), it was the principle of getting a defective product and thinking they would like to know if one of their vendors was selling poor products. Overall, a good followup that the store had made to make me whole. I have and always will recommend Mary...
