If I could write a review with zero stars, I would. I do not eat fast food very often, but when I do, I want it to be fast. In the 2.5 years I have lived in the area, I have used the drive thru at this particular Taco Bell maybe 3 times, and the service has always been slow, like 15 minutes slow, but last weekend, it was EXTREMELY slow, and the employees were extremely rude to top it off. My husband and I catered a wedding on Sat night, and by the time we got out of the venue around 12:45, we were exhausted and tired. We decided to drive thru Taco Bell, one of the only open restaurants near our home. We placed an order for 4 items and proceeded to the drive thru window where we paid $16.00 for a $15.?? order. I'm positive the cashier did not give us any change, nor did she speak any words other than our total when she took our money. We proceeded to sit in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes waiting for our food. 30 minutes - you've got to be kidding me! At about the 15 minute mark, after observing the employees sitting on the counter, laying on the counter, laughing and doing pretty much nothing, we knocked on the drive thru window and were ignored. After about another 5 minutes, we honked the horn probably 4 or 5 times before the one who had taken our money came to the window again. I asked her how much longer it would be until our food was ready and she simply said "we're short staffed" to which I replied "OK, but we've been sitting in your drive thru for 20 minutes" and she responded with "no one wants to work at Taco Bell" and closed the window. This infuriated me, so I began honking my horn again. She ignored us. I honked for probably every 20 seconds for 3 or 4 minutes until another employee came to the window, opened it up and said "what" I said "I want a refund" and she said "why", and, because I was so angry already, I yelled "BECAUSE I'VE BEEN SITTING IN YOUR DRIVE THRU FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES!" she said "it's not that easy" and closed the window and begin- slowly - doing something at the register, all the while constantly stopping to turn around and talk to her co-workers, laugh, giggle and avoid all eye contact with us. After doing this for another 3 or 4 minutes, I honked AGAIN, and she opened the window handed me money and a return receipt and closed the window and walked away. Mind you, the refund she gave me was EXACT CHANGE, not the $16.00 I previously gave the other employee.

I am FAR from impressed, and will never go to that...

Of all fast food, our favorite is Taco Bell. This one does a pretty good job. They could be better on making burritos for sure. For example: I usually order a bean and cheese with onions. The first bite and every bite should have a bit of beans, cheese, onion and red sauce. No... this specific taco bell makes to only have beans at one end and all the sauce at the other. You'd think it would be simple to make but it can easily be a let down. My girlfriend always gets her crunchwrap customized and they do a great job following those details. Friendlyish customer service. Sometimes they just hand you the bag at the drive through window without saying a word. It's awkward and quite frankly, rude. I get it's fast food and it's not the best job out there but it's your job and you're representing a company who's paying you to be there. I worked at McDonald's in high school and plenty of food industry afterwards. I get it. A simple "Thank you" goes a long way. Very clean lobby though every time we've been there. Leaving the parking lot can be a bit stressful but if you go to right of the drive through entrance there's a much easier way to get...

The drive through workers play with peoples food . Me and My girlfriend patiently waited for warm food because we asked if the food could be fresh. We had no problem waiting for better food because fast food taste nasty when it's not fresh. And it was extremely cold outside so we felt something hot would do the trick. These dudes serving the food just put some of the food in a microwave instead of making it fresh like we asked and put peppers on my food as a joke to say the food was hot. The reason I know because there were peppers on my food and it taste spicy At the end a Hispanic guy working who showed up at the end of the order lied saying the stuff we gave them back was missing items even argued saying I was wrong when mentioning the level of spice on the food.when we knew full well that wasn't the case. He appeared under the influence of something because of how his eyes appeared dilated. And I could feel he wasn't talking anything serious by his behavior.Anyway I wouldn't advise anyone to eat at this place. The service was Horrible and food...

So I got a crunchwrap supreme she asked me something about sour cream I didn't understand her I asked her again she didn't repeat herself. Rushed me through then I get my food there's no sour cream on my crunchwrap supreme which comes with sour cream so I'm thinking she asked me if I wanted sour cream on my crunchwrap supreme I thought she was asking if I wanted more so I said no. Now it looks like I said no to any sour cream. There were six people standing around everybody talking I could hear them talking about customers in Spanish over the microphone. Only two people working a cook and the cashier. Everyone seems to not be having a good work experience I was very dissatisfied I like going to this Taco Bell haven't been there in over a year now I think I know why

It's Taco Bell...pretty standard affair. The service didn't jump out as awful or amazing, there was a gal who took our order, and there was a team of Taco Bell elves who were hard at work preparing our food. It was entertaining as the girls behind the counter made their job more fun as they sang an improvised song about hot queso! I did enjoy that our food was brought out to our table, a service recently started by McDonald's as well, adding a touch of personality and service to an otherwise mundane fast food eating experience. Now perhaps, they can begin an endeavor to at least attempt to create food that even remotely resembles the pictures and advertising!!! The double Chalupa was a triple let down!! Not the $5 box I once knew...:(
