Bottom line, dont come here, service is a terrible experience. Slowest service I've ever experience from this franchise and there was basically no foot traffic, they were not busy at all. Four people behind the counter and only one working the line. The others doing I don't know what. Waited as the next person in line for at least 15 minutes, only one person was ahead of me, and no one even glanced my way at all, the employees were ignoring me on purpose. I've worked in the service industry and am very aware of when the employees are intentionally ignoring you. I had the simplest order they could have made all night and yet no one even tried to help me; if they had asked what i was ordering, I would have been out of their hair so fast, but no one even wanted to try. Would not recommend this location because the staff is completely incompetent to how customers should be treated...

I never had any problem with this location until tonight, where my order was somehow lost and they hadn't noticed until I asked after I was sat waiting for a half hour, and since I was on a time crunch, I didn't have time to sit and wait for another one, so I requested a refund. They then for whatever reason couldn't even get me my refund, and said they'd call to get it resolved or that I could get a free pizza coupon. Now I'm waiting for my work shift to start, no dinner to keep me from starving, and not even a refund to buy something tomorrow, with my only hope at getting my money back being for them to sort out their technical difficulties and refund me, or dispute it with my bank once the transaction is processed. Thanks for giving me that final push to never not purchase locally again, I'll be having my 23 dollars...

Normally I love this place every time I order. This past Saturday night the 18th I ordered a make you own salad with romaine, baby lettuce and spinach, I had sliced garlic, diced tomatoes, red peppers , red onion mozzarella cheese, feta, salami and chicken, croutons and olives with Italian balsamic like dressing called something else I don't recall. It was delicious. The next day I felt uncomfortable and bloated but didn't think anything of it. That afternoon I vomited. Later that evening I got stomach cramps but was unable to use the restroom. Later into the early morning I was awakend by the worse stomachache, cramps and chills. Needless to say it is Tuesday the 21st of Feb and I am still not able to eat solids without my stomach cramping and I'm still passing diarrhea. I believe I have...
