Glamour Me Bridal and Beauty Salon — Attraction in Audubon

I was a first time customer at Glamour me and called the shop to get a price before I went to the salon. I was quoted a certain price. I arrived at the salon and wasn't even greeted. After waiting for over 40 minutes my stylist came out her name was Alicia. We discussed highlights and I told her it was not in my budget to have a full head of highlighs . I asked her how much extra a few highlights would be and she never gave me an answer. After 4 hours of sitting in the shop I went to check out and my bill was almost $400 when I only expected to pay $150. I was traumitized she then proceeded to take off a small amount of money as I was still double charged for services. I called the owner Melissa the next day and was told that since I wasn't satisfied with my highlights she then agreed to redo them. I have been calling Glamour me in Audubon NJ the last 3 weeks and have been getting the run around. I called Melissa the owner today and she went back on her word as she refused to redo my highlights you couldn't even you couldn't even see that there were highlights done. I have been getting my hair done for over 25 years and have never had such a horrific experience. Melissa you and your staff should be ashamed of yourselves for not living up to your promises and taking money under false pretenses from customers. I will continue to purse getting my money back and take whatever measures are necessary.

I used Glamour Me Bridal for hair and make up on my wedding day 7/8/23. We had all our services done at the salon and everything went so smoothly! Steph allotted 3.5 hours to complete 7 hair styles, including my own, and finished in about 3 hours! Everyone loved their hair and she had time at the end for touch ups. She took time to talk with each bridesmaid about what they wanted and everyone’s styles lasted all day! Cammy andCait were out make up artists and both also did an excellent job! We all felt beautiful, but not like we had a ton of make up on! Both Steph and Cammy were great at the trial too, asking good questions and letting us try different things to see what would need to be tweaked! Debbie was quick to answer emails prior to the wedding day and I felt comfortable asking her any question that I had! I am so happy that I chose Glamour Me Bridal and would recommend them to anyone looking for bridal hair...

Words cannot describe how amazing these women are at their craft. I am a regular customer at Glamour Me so there was no question that they would help mold my special day (wedding). Kelli was a gem with my hair extensions and color (never have i ever been complimented more on my color), Nicolette slayed my shower look, Lexi gave me the exact look i was going for, and Melissa basically made magic with my hair that I never thought possible. The day of process was seamless...they traveled to my location , set up in a pretty tight space, and workeddddd. My ladies looked stunning and I never have felt more beautiful. Their prices are affordable and the quality of work is second to none. Thank you ladies for making me feel so special....
