My Story — Attraction in Augusta

I will never shop at this store again. This was the first and last time that I go to this store. A friend of mine was moving and wanted Simply Southern T-shirts so I went there to look to see if they had any which they did. I bought two shirts as birthday/going away presents as they are moving to AZ and wanted something southern to remember their time here in the south. I bought M, she wanted to get L. Well I had every receipt from that day except from that store. She still had the tags on the shirts all she wanted to do was an even swap from M to L. The girls working straight out said NO, our policy is no receipt no exchange. It's the same price its the same color. No, two different girls said NO, way to service your customers. The best part was the girl told me you were told at the time of purchase that you would not exchange, uh NO I was not you were not there. Worst customer service, I feel bad for my friend who did not get her shirts in the sizes she wanted because these people don't know how to provide service. I've read reviews on other sites and I am not the only one being ripped off. I don't know how this place is even open....

I didn’t want to come back to this store..at least not this location. This was the 2nd time last week 10/10/18 where my daughter & I have gone there to browse for an outfit for one of her occasions, AND THE STAFF IS AWFUL. THEY LOOK ME DIRECTLY IN MY FACE & WILL NOOT SAY A WORD! Not even when I finally spoke to them! I thought it was just the one girl back in May that was like that.. but there were at least 5 girls working that day. NEITHER of them greeted us. They avoided me. They never asked if we needed assistance. Just gave us STRANGE LOOKS. Even the One brown girl working was nasty to us. (And back in March, the 1 girl that was working greeted everyone EXCEPT US. Treated us the same way). I asked for a corporate # and “they don’t have one”. The Evans location was NOTHING like this. IF I ever go back, it would be to that location. Since ALL the girls are like this that work there, that says something about management and who owns the store. If I can get help from management or the owner, then word of mouth wil be enough. THEIR BEHAVIOR WAS RUDE, WRONG, & UNACCEPTABLE!!! ...

Love the clothes, but customer service is TERRIBLE! They pay you no attention, I asked for a fitting room and a girl replied “umm yeah hold on.” They always have an attitude when I go in. When I checked out with 3 items, the cashier held up a sweater and said “this is final sale” which is perfectly fine. Until I come back in to exchange a skirt that I bought with that sweater and she said “that was final sale.” But she literally held up the sweater only and said this is final sale. She should’ve said EVERYTHING BUT the sweater was final sale because that’s what she told me when I went back to exchange the skirt. I just feel so very unwelcome when I shop there. I want to keep shopping for longer and spend more money but their attitudes make me feel very rushed. It’s very obvious that these reviews don’t help their customer service because I see other people leaving reviews about it too. But I’m just so upset because I paid well over $100 for my things and just wanted to...
