so i came in the store today, feeling a little down because i just knew that i may not walk out with a new mattress and then i had the amazing pleasure of Shana Mills! first and foremost, she was the most polite person i think i've ever came across when it came to purchasing anything really! a really good people pleaser, and conversationalist! just all around good vibes when meeting her today! she saw me and immediately started asking questions about my sleeping and everything looking for the perfect mattress for me, and thats what good customer service is ! after all that’s she then pointed out that mattress firm had a basic adjustable base! and that right there had me sold! after going through with the paperwork (which i didn’t know but the progressive leasing is the best ever!!) i walked out with an amazing mattress that i loved and a basic adjustable base!! my experience today was overall the biggest highlight of my day! thankyou Shana!!! make sure yall go...

Update: So I have to edit this review. I'll still give 5 stars for service however the pillows do not stay cool: not sure if that's because I'm menopausal or what but neither the wife nor I are happy with them. The sheets washed horribly, they wrinkle something terrible, and yes I washed according to the instructions. The delivery was awesome although the bed frame had to be set at 13 so we could use the USB ports (we were cautioned by the delivery guy not too go to 14 because he knows of frame legs that have broken that high. SN we have 4 post with side rails which are high). So far the Missus is loving the mattress, I'll reserve the love button for later. Eddie and Sean are really personable and incredibly helpful. Customer service was amazing and of course they talk the big talk to sell you “the perfect mattress”. What peeved me off was their laziness to deliver the mattress on time which is why I only gave 3 stars. When you give someone your word that you’re going to deliver the mattress a specific day and to a certain place then you shouldn’t take back your promise. I could understand if the weather was bad or if the mattress didn’t come in on time that is fine BUT when it’s a perfect sunny day and you have already called to confirm the mattress is in and your on your way to deliver it then.... I mean COME ON! Maybe you should work on the work ethics of your stores employees. Other than the complete laziness of the delivery men I’m pretty darn satisfied with the mattress and the great deal I received on it....
