Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Augusta

Poor service. My wife and I have frequented this establishment for many years due to it's close proximity and in the past the service and food was reliably good, but recent visits have been equally disappointing for us both. At least the past 6 visits the restaurant team has dropped the ball. It always something, whether it's entirely missing sauce/dressings (that I SPECIFICALLY ordered ahead in the app), missing sides like fries or Mac & cheese, or getting the original sandwich instead of the spicy sandwich. It's just ALWAYS something and with the recent consistency of failure I refuse to eat here anymore. I mean how would you feel if you ordered a salad and drove all the way home to find that there was no dressing in the bag, or your grilled chicken wrap looked grey and wilted like it was made 4 days ago (and your sauce was missing? I could go on further, but it's easier to conclude in saying that the are MANY more places to buy fried chicken in the CSRA and Chick-fil-A isn't doing anything revolutionary with chicken and french fries. So the reason why I gave a 1 is because I made a mobile order to got to Robert c Daniel and for some reason it got sent to the mall location! I still went to Robert c Daniel to pick it up and I got it but the Augusta mall store still charged me! I called the store because the manager at the Robert Daniel parkway location said too and to mention to call him and get the whole thing straightened out because it’s a simple misunderstanding. The Gm lady said no call the number they have no affiliation with the other Robert c Daniel parkway location it’s nothing she can do once is placed. I called the number asked for a refund and this was on the 10th of October! Tried to call back a few days later and got hung up on‼️ it’s really sad because I spend a lot of money at this location and with Chick-fil-A PERIOD! Really left a bad taste in my mouth that a simple problem couldn’t be fixed I even would have took a gift card for the $21.20 or store credit maybe even points! First and foremost staff is always friendly as CFA workers should be so no compliant there. Whether the food is hot and fresh is a 50/50 chance. My favorite beverage when attending CFA is a frosted coffee with cookie crumbles and shake base, basically a coffee milkshake. This location is the only one that has ever given me an issue. I’ve order this specific beverage at this location almost a dozen times and one day I tried to order it and I was told that they didn’t do that at this location. The next time I tried ordering it again and they gave it to me. Then the next time, the same guy who had delivered me my drink last time (a manager) told me that they were unable to do that for me. As a former CFA worker, our motto was always to do for the guest whatever we could. There is no reason that they can’t make my drink.
