Richmond Plaza — Attraction in Augusta

This review is on Joann's Fabric & Crafts, even though this category says"Richmond Plaza." I hadn't been inside Joann's in awhile and was shocked at its condition. It's absolutely filthy! The shelves are unkempt and messy, there's trash on the floor, the women's bathroom stunk, somebody either didn't finish or it was stopped up. Only half the lights were on. Manager was running a register and I asked if they were short handed. She said no. And I said, "But, I don't see any employees at all." She then stated that there's only "two of US scheduled!" So that's her and one other? Sounds pretty short handed to me!!! The place looked like hell and smelled of death (business death). Sad to see. This really was a great store...
