WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORE i have rented from other aarons and have never been treated as horrible as i was here. First i was delivered furniture that was tore up i mean tears in the couches and then the manager didnt even want to fix it except to give me $10 off really! I ordered brand new furniture and it still was not delivered. They say they have this policy that they call before they come which is a lie they called when they wanted to and used that as an excuse to get out of their mistake. Also they made it very clear that other customers are more important than me and that i was not acting like an adult. If you spent more time having some customer service then tryin to insult me and lie to me about a policy that is basically to you convenience then there would be no problem. I paid for furniture that i not only don't have but don't want. I have never had any problems with any other aarons this store has it all wrong they need to fire them all and get new people in there starting with the store manager jessie. Now im am still waiting for 2 weeks now for them to come pick up their junk. Cant wait to call the corporate office in the morning. Read moreThis store has caused me nothing but stress and aggravation. Picked out a TV, January 2019 they delivered it. Ordered a child’s bed March 1, 2019. They got a new manager 4 months after the order and was told it was never ordered by the 2nd manager. Supposedly he ordered it again. Finally got the bed in October 2019. Someone fired a shot gun into my apartment on November 25, 2019, with me, my granddaughter, my daughter and our roommate while we were at home. Three shotgun pellets came thru our wall over our heads and bounced off other walls and hit the TV. Since the none off the police officers failed to write in the report that there were people living here or that one of the pellets hit the TV, the 3rd new manager is telling me I have to wait until the GM comes to the store to make a decision wheather or not they will fix it. If not I am responsible for it. The case was turned over to an investigator to let them know I didn’t do it. They told me today that I have to sue the person who did it. Still waiting on an answer. Read moreThis store is awful. I have had my things for a year. I paid on time each month. My contract was supposed to be a year when I found out it was really two years because the previous manager lied to his customers I spoke with the new regional manager. He helped me out and was really kind. I decided I didn't want to spend the money. So I called to have them pick up my sofas because I bought new ones. They told me because of hurricane Harvey they wouldn't be able to do it for 10 days. Not sure if they know but we are in Colorado not Texas. If I didn't pay my bill they would be blowing my phone up and here to get this stuff immediately. Shaun the supposed to be general manager told me it's not a priority to pick up the things they own since I paid the bill. Now I am having to pay for a truck to get these things out immediately because they are lazy and liars. The new manager Shaun has extremely poor customer service skills. The staff is polite but that won't last long with that manager. All I can say is if you have a choice DO NOT CHOOSE THIS AWFUL LOCATION BECAUSE WEATHER IN ANOTHER STATE MAY AFFECT YOUR...
