The pic is also of a dish that has a full crab leg cluster, that's not even an option on their menu 😂😂😂. This place is so deceitful.

This place has a lot to work on. They also buy fake reviews. Look at their reviews, many of them have 5 stars, have never reviewed anywhere else, and generally say the same 3 sentences in a different way. Super deceitful.

The rooms have no ventilation and get really hot, the only way to remedy this is to open your door or ask for a fan. The fan they bring you is tiny, its basically useless. The whole idea of paying for a room is so you can have some privacy with your friends. Having to keep the door open so air-conditioning can circulate in the room is utter nonsense and defeats the purpose of paying for privacy. If a bunch of people walking through the hallways can just look right into your room, why even pay for a room?? This is business 101, they don't even understand this simple concept.

Next, offer some tap water like every food establishment does in America. If people are consuming your overpriced alcohol, then at least have the decency to provide tap water, if nothing else for the safety of your guests.

The food, wayyyyy overpriced. Do not order the rice cakes, for $33 it was a joke. The food is subpar in taste. The rice bowls, the pork cutlet, all average.

The room has a book of songs that is only written in Korean 😂😂😂. Guys, at least have an English song book too, this is such a basic business concept.

The karaoke system, guys you can do this at home. It's just YouTube Premium on the TV. No special Karaoke system, no ability to queue songs, just a poor man's TV with the YouTube app, yet asking for absorbent amounts of money to use it?? 😂😂😂

The TV volume at level 100, you can't really hear it very well over the microphones. The sound system is terrible, honestly your house is probably better.

Overall, this place has a lot of problems. I would be shocked if they're still in business 1 year from now if they don't fix some very basic flaws. I would never...

"A Night to Remember!"

I recently visited Gangnam GT Karaoke, and it was hands-down one of the best nights I’ve had in a while. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of energy. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. They even helped us set up the playlist when we were indecisive (because, honestly, how do you pick between Queen and Taylor Swift?).

The karaoke rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great time. The sound system was chef’s kiss—crystal clear and made even my off-key singing sound halfway decent. The song catalog was huge, with all the latest hits and some old-school classics that got everyone in the room singing together.

One thing that really stood out was the attention to detail. They had cute decorations in the rooms that matched the vibe, and they even brought in an extra mic when one of ours had a slight issue—talk about service!

Went here this past weekend for a girls night karaoke for the first time and it was a fun time! There is a couple things that do stop me from putting 5 stars. As it was our first time their we had no idea where to check in as no one was on the first floor, after we found an employee she guided us upstairs to check in at the bar there. Getting to the room, I booked for a small room for $30.00 per hour per there website and I don't think they had anymore and put us into a medium room for $40.00 per hours without much of an explanation. While we were in the room we ordered a pizza and some drinks and everything was yummy and QUCIK which I appreciated. We stayed in the room for 2hrs , keep in mind the food/drinks are pricey.
