We walked in at 805 on a Saturday night. Everyone was seated on one side of the restaurant. We were seated quickly. We ordered drinks , spring rolls and crab cheese wontons. While waiting for our appetizers a family came in to dine. They were turned away and told takeout only. They were upset because it was only 8:15 and drove all the way there to eat in.
We were served the appetizers which were not good at all. The crab cheese wontons were overdone and my pork spring rolls seemed like they were sitting around for a while. The lettuce was wilted and the pork meat was dry with fat around it. I had to call over one of the men working to take my order for pho. It seemed like it was a hassle and they didn't want to serve us that late. While waiting for the pho the young man working were making me very uncomfortable. Every time I look at them they were staring at me and would look away. This continued throughout my meal. I felt very uncomfortable eating while being watched the whole time so I asked for a to-go box.
The chicken pho was the worst I've ever had. It tasted like chicken stock with some old noodles through in and a few pieces of chicken breast. I frequently eat Vietnamese food and I can say by far this was the worst I've...
Read moreIt’s the worst bahn mi I’ve ever had. The pork was dried out and more akin to gas station jerky than fresh food, and the bread was rubber-like from being microwaved. This sandwich was so bad it made Subway look like a great option.
While waiting for my to-go order, I also saw some wonton-looking items that were badly burned. They looked more like Freddy Krueger's skin than a proper appetizer.
The positive is that the bag identified this restaurant as part of the Seoul Hospitality Group. Makes sense! They also own a galbi place that serves watered-down yukijang, sells $30 soups, and another KFC place that’s expensive but serves sit-down customers with plastic wear. Glad I have the name of all these places, so I know where to avoid in the future.

Read moreWas not pleased with any part of the carry meal or service. We live about 4 minutes away from the restaurant and the broth was not even steaming hot when we got home. Also, all of the side toppings that usually go with pho were in the same bowl as the noodles. So the jalapeno, onions, bean sprouts, mint etc. were all on the noodles. Even though I order two smalls, mine definitely had almost double noodles as the other bowl. And there wasn't enough broth to cover the noodles in my bowl. Lastly, $5 this fried egg roll appetizer is too small to be worthy of $5.95. Two skinny little pieces of egg rolls that's barely enough for one person. Was not happy with this experience at all and there's much better pho options around within...
