I have an issue with the school's student success department. You would think a school receiving an average of 60,000 per Bachelor of Science degree would be a little more responsive. However, that is not the case. Nobody ever answers the phone during business hours. You receive a message stating that you will receive a response within 24 business hours which really means that they can take up to 3 days to respond to you based on their operating hours, and that is if you catch them earlier on in the week, which doesn't work out if you have a scheduling issue or are under time constraints. I had a student success coach named Melanie Caro, whom I left multiple messages with and rarely saw a response. Now I have no assigned student success coach, and I am forced to deal with a department that lacks response time and common sense on fundamental scheduling issues.
