The physical store is small but well-stocked and the employees are always either friendly or completely leave you alone, which I appreciate! The online store is what I have issues with - I have had so many problems with online orders in the last year or so that I'm going to begin shopping elsewhere. I've had pre-orders that are left hanging for months past the release date, regular orders that also take months to arrive, and most recently a pre-order that went through the entire shipping process only to never arrive. After being repeatedly blown off by the support team, I was finally informed that my item had been sold to someone else and was out of stock, so they couldn't send a replacement. This was weeks after the pre-order release, so it's also out of stock everywhere else! They just don't seem capable of running a reliable online store anymore, and I'm not sure what changed. Read moreI had placed an order over the this past weekend. I had put a request in to cancel the order shortly after I placed it. Had to wait till Monday for a response back (no problem there). Got an email on Monday asking for a reason why I was cancelling the order so I responded back shortly after I had received that email. They responded back saying that they will be watching for my reply back. A day later they replied back saying that they could not cancel the order because it was already to be shipped. I could then not accept the order when it arrives but they would not reimburse the shipping fee. What kind of support is that when you are telling a customer that they would be watching for the response but don't say anything until a day later? This would be a 0 star if I was able to...
Read moreI purchased an album in-store that didn't contain a key item (not a photocard or extra inclusion). Not the companies fault but the handling of the situation after was horrible. They did not offer me any form of refund or exchange after returning to the store 3 weeks in a row to see if there was any resolution. I had left my information and no one had reached out to me. The worker said their manager wasnt responding to the issue in their group chat. Honestly just really unimpressive business practice.
I brought the item back right away and have purchased many items from this store, but I can say with confidence I would never shop here again, there's other good and less expensive stores...
