Norfolk Glen Park — Attraction in Aurora

This park is in desperate need of remodeling & upgrading! It's location is excellent for the neighborhood that it's in, as well as the Highline Canel. Unfortunately, the playground is so old and outdated that it is more of a waste of space than a place to play! With some new upgrades, outhouses, and drinking fountains this park would be a lot more enjoyable! The City of Aurora has been given plenty of grant money over the past several years; to improve, redesign, update & add complete new parks throughout the city; that there is no reason for this park to be left unattended too! Our favorite park. We love to take our bikes on the bike trail to the park. The new playground is great, its never crowded. Benches to picnic. This is a really nice park!! It's tucked away in a quiet culdesac and even offers a trail for hiking. There are a few barbecue grills at the park located at the Gazebo so you can grill up some burgers and stay a little shaded from the sun, don't plan to go for hours as it does not have restroom facilities.
