Great place. Ate here for years (around year 2001) then changed jobs around 2008. Went back two days ago when I was in other side of town. Same waitress and cook were still there! Same 2 salsas, green and red, red is hotter, with the chips. It's s small place. Get there early for lunch. Service is very good,. My favorite thing - they have a meat called adoboda. Not to be confused with adovada, etc. I don't see this often. But it is beef or pork cooked in a spicy red sauce. Try it! Also, if you like burritos, try number 63 or any of the other versions with rice and cilantro added. Don't worry, it's only stuffed with a tiny amount of rice, mostly meats. And you can get them smothered in their green chili! Oh, and price is right. Burrito plates at $9 or less. Good eats here. Consistent good eats, some food as years ago. That's likely why they are still open and why I will...

Read moreI tried this place close to work. It had high reviews. It’s in a strip mall. You can eat inside, there are tables but it’s also a place you can order & take to go. Not a huge restaurant. Prices are super reasonable. I ordered a smothered burrito with green chili with shredded beef. It was delicious. All the food tasted fresh. Rice was homemade & authentic tasting. Refried beans were good. I was surprised and they give you a lot of food I felt. If you get the chili rellano, they use Poblano peppers, not Anaheim. They have a lunch menu but you can order anything on lunch menu for dinner as well. It’s a family owned business that has been serving for 33 years. Very clean. Very nice workers and great customer service. It was also very fast. Plenty of parking outside. I will...
