I'm not sure why people have a negative experience here. When we order from here or food is usually right except the last time we ordered through the mobile app. Seems the system didn't kick our order out like it was supposed to, so our food would be ready when we got there, so we had to wait. Then, after we hit bone or order, it was somewhat wrong and musing or pie, so we took it back. When we got there and went in, I got to admit I was ready to argue about my order being wrong due to previous experiences we've had at other BKs. But to my surprise, the manager and employees were really apologetic about the whole thing, remade our entire order, making sure it was right this time. Once our order was done, the manager apologized again, and as we were about to pull out to go home, I realized we had forgotten the pie again and went back in. The manager apologized again. I know this sounds like a bad review, but it's not cause we have always had good food and service. This is too slow how much I appreciate the employees here for owning up to their mistake with our order and fixing it without being rude about it like most places do, and this is very rare nowadays. So before you write what they did wrong which is easier to do. How about writing what they did right to fix it. Last still, the best sloppy flame grilled burgers...
Read moreThey made me repeat my order over and over. Time and again. They also had other crew members come and listen and have me repeat it at the window. And when I asked kindly for them to repeat my order back its like I was wrong....unbelievable. I ordered two whopper jr. With cheese on them BOTH with no pickles and extra onions on ONE. I received two one with NOTHING on it at all ONLY A BURGER AND BUN. One with lettuce, tomato, onion with mayo. French Fries well done....they were barely cooked enough for them not to bend from gravity. What is wrong with people......not only was I made to repeat myself atleast 10 times...but they never tried to communicate. Or try and help my order stand clear. I often have trouble with this burger king it has the same workers for like 4 years and they truely have no concern for the consumer....I doubt I'll ever buy from this joint again. Its sad too Ive lived in this neighborhood for almost 10 years and I'll have to cut my favorite burger joint out of my life. I'll miss you burger king. Read moreThis Burger King is awful. I walked in to order breakfast. The man behind the counter, named Hector, stated that he would be with me in a moment. He was making drive through orders and I could clearly see that he was busy. Another person was in line behind me, and another woman walked in shortly after. When Hector finally got to a stopping point, he went back to working on drive through orders while he had 3 people in line. The woman asked politely, "Are you taking orders at the counter?" And Hector replied in a condescending tone, "We are, but right now I'm working on the drive through orders because there's only 2 of us. (I counted at least 5 people working in the restaurant) The woman got upset and left. After a few minutes of Hector continuing to work on drive through orders, I left and decided to go to Wendy's instead. The customer service here...
